Staff at Rainier Enterprise was quick and courteous; very helpful. Car was nice, though interior could be a little more clean (small spill on center console, just needed touch up). I would use this facility again

Pros:

Staff was friendly. Drop off was easy. Rate was better than at airport and easy to get to.

Cons:

They did not have the type of vehicle we reserved. They upgraded us to a luxury vehicle for an additional $10 per day.

To be honest I had a lack of an experience because they did not have a car for me. They called and left a message the day before telling me to call before I went to the office because they did not have any cars and did not know if they would have any cars the following morning either. I called and was informed that they still did not have any cars, and did not know when they would get any, despite knowing that cars were available at the airport. So my option was to wait until they had cars with no timeline attached, or go directly to the airport. The reason I chose that office is because it was close to where I was going to be and if I went to the airport, I might as well have stayed there all day as I had a flight that night. The whole reason for getting a car was to have transportation and enjoy Seattle for a day before my flight home. Horrible customer service!

they maxed out my credit card double charging me, told me if I put $1500 on my debit card I could rent a car FOR ONE DAY I will always warn people about Hertz

I was unable to receive my rental car reservation because Enterprise overbooked reservations for the 4th of July holiday weekend even though I booked the reservation far in advance. Enterprise then subsequently placed me on a "waitlist" (I was never contacted for a reservation). I was forced to figure out alternative plans last minute.

Called to cancel rental a week in advance. Called hertz and was told to go to hertz.com to cancel. I followed the directions, filled in the confirmation code and my last name and it said my reservation was canceled. A day before my reservation I got an email reminding me of my reservation (that I canceled?). I went to cancel again and my reservation never showed up so I figured it was indeed canceled. Apparently it wasn’t and I was still charged for the rental when I did cancel. Not a great place to rent from since you can’t get ahold of anyone and the cancellation process was not accurate. Do not recommend
