I reported a nick in the paint at the back right. Turns out the tire was bad and had a flat on the way back. They told me to change it out and return it to the closest lot (airport). They weren't willing to give me a car to get back to the city without charging me the extra hours for dropping it off after hours. Changing the tire wasn't bad but the fact that they weren't willing to send anyone out was their first fault. It's the principle...4.0 Mediocre

My reservation was for a different location, i.e. Downtown Seattle. Even though I used the kayak app and put in pick up/drop off location as Seattle airport. Why should I have to take a taxi downtown to pick up my rental car? The receptionist at the desk found me a car to rent at the airport but it cost me more money. I would not recommend Kayak to a friend nor will I use it in the future.10.0 Wonderful

The staff member was not pleasant. Tried to sell and after declining he refused service.Cons:

Staff was gone from desk for 15 minutes when we first arrived (there was just one person working). I had an infant with me, so I was eager to get the car and go. So, waiting was a little frustrating. But given that I likely would have waited in a line at the airport, it wasn't a big deal. Once he returned, he was very kind and quick to get me to my car.2.0 Poor

Overseas woman on their hotline was quick to understand the situation and try to offer alternatives, although there turned out to be noneCons:
The store was closed! I made my reservation for 5, I had no way of knowing the place closed at 5 as well! I didn't want to show up *before* 5 just to be told that my car wasn't ready yet and could I please take a seat, so I showed up about 5:30 and was greeted to a locked door. When I called their help line, they told me the only location still open in the city was the airport, and they were totally sold out. What's more, when I asked if I could pick up my rental first thing in the morning, they said the car was no longer available! How is that possible I wonder, since I hadn't picked it up yet and they had just closed! A company in the business of logistics as much as Budget should be more adept at informing customers that they need to show up before their reservation time if they close simultaneously.10.0 Wonderful

When I checked in, the person at the counter (I can't remember his name) I believe he was the franchise owner, was super friendly, not pushy when it came to needing insurance or electronic extras, all which I brought myself. He asked why I was in Seattle and when I told him our plans, he shared some great suggestions along with some fun stories of his own experiences. When we dropped the car off the next day, he looked at me with a big smile and said "So, how was it?' Because he remembered me and was excited to hear about our amazing day. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location.Cons:
There isn't one thing I could say bad about this location. The staff is awesome, the car was great and for the money you can't beat it. A++++++++Hertz
