Solid choice- great customer service

Pros: Hertz rental in UK (I’m from USA) was reasonably convenient- I accidentally booked from wrong Airport. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to pick up at the other airport- though they tried! They helpfully delayed pickup. I should have investigated insurance more thoroughly so that added unexpected costs. Still a good cake given unlimited mileage!

Cons: Car was very basic model and smelt vaguely musty. Again insurance charges were unexpected expense. (2x estimated).

Scelta solida: Ottimo servizio clienti

Pros: Il noleggio Hertz nel Regno Unito (sono degli Stati Uniti) è stato abbastanza comodo: Ho prenotato accidentalmente dall'aeroporto sbagliato. Purtroppo non sono riuscito a prendere all'altro aeroporto - anche se hanno provato! Il servizio di prelievo è stato molto ritardato. Avrei dovuto studiare l'assicurazione più a fondo in modo da aggiungere costi imprevisti. Ancora una buona torta dato chilometraggio illimitato!

Cons: L'auto era un modello molto semplice e puzzava vagamente di muffa. Anche in questo caso le spese di assicurazione erano spese impreviste. (2x stimato).

Cons: Waiting 20 mins at pick up desk. Salespersons attitude to my having own excess insurance cover. Paying £23 extra for taking car to Republic of Ireland. Windscreen washer bottle almost empty.
