Pros (+) The room was clean and nicely designed, and the location was excellent. We found it easy to walk to the major museums and tourist sights, plus to walk to and from public transport to the Tegel airport.
Cons (-) While the staff were friendly, they weren't as helpful as we hoped they would be, as they needed to look online to answer pretty basic sightseeing questions. When we asked for suggestions of restaurants in the area for dinner, the staff member couldn't suggest anything other then their in house restaurant, nor any area restaurants with German cuisine, despite being located in a street full of rest...

Pros (+) The location was great! A quick walk to Friedrichstraße train station. The room was clean, modern, and spacious. Also a quiet location.
