Staff at pickup was excellent. Car (Camry) was even better than we expected.Cons:
Price was high, but we know that there is a shortage of cars available. Person at check-in didn't visually check out the card or give us a "clean bill of health" until we asked.10.0 Wonderful

I didn't like that Avis was part of Budget. I hate Budget & Thrifty !!! Budget let me drive a car with a cracked windshield from Nashville to Chicago then charged a new windshield to my credit card & acted like ooppss sorry when I went off on them. Thrifty agents stole my wallet with $500.00 in it & I know nothing good will come to them from it. They did throw my wallet on the road where a nice person returned it to me. This was in Greensboro, NC. Budget sucks and Thrifty is shifty!!!!!!!!!!2.0 Poor

Cons:
The Avis pick up location did not have a car for me even though I had a reservation. I was told to go to the airport. I spent money and time on transportation to the airport. When I got there the Avis counter did little to remedy the problem and charged an additional fee (about $20) for airport taxes. I canceled the order and ended up renting from another company at the airport. Very frustrating experience.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The guy who waited on me at pickup and drop-off was awesome.Cons:
The vehicle was very uncomfortable. The outside of the vehicle had several scratches and dings. The carpet on the driver's side was ragged and torn. The back of the vehicle had stains and the plastic had deep scrapes. I was not happy with the vehicle at all. Also I will not rent from that location ever again. For what it cost, I expected the vehicle to be in way better shape than it was.7.6 Good

I enjoyed how easily I was able to pickup and drop off the vehicle. The employees were friendly as well.Cons:
The vehicle was low on wiper fluid, tire pressure (around 29 when vehicle required 33 psi), and the car steering wheel and gear shift were dirty.9.2 Wonderful

The car smelled like cigarette smoke. I mentioned when I picked it up but they said it smelled like a normal car. I noticed every time I got back in the vehicle.10.0 Wonderful
