Moe, in Nashville was a big help. It was the ending of a long day when I got to the hertz kiosk. I was at the gold membership zone (I’m not a gold member) and instead of sending me back into the airport, Moe took care of me. He was quick and efficient and friendly. Everything was perfect with the car but it was out of washer fluid.Reviewed 16 July 2025

I prepaid for my car rental for a one way and when I got there they charged me another $150 and a deposit. I was only needing it for one day and I feel like it was too expensive. I hate how they hit with extra fees when you go to pick up your rental.Reviewed 25 June 2025

When I got my final receipt they charged me for a fill up @ 10.99 per gallon and I returned it full. Then trying to get the charges reversed was a nightmare, they said thy reversed charges so we will see how that goes.Reviewed 23 Mar 2025

Great experience. The mobile check-in option was very simple and the Hertz rental counter being right inside the airport is super convenient. Picked up our truck quickly and easily. Drop-off was equally simple with a short, covered walk into the airport which was nice since it was pouring and we were traveling with our toddler. I paid for the rental ahead of time, and was then charged an extra fee to pick the vehicle up. Nowhere was an additional fee mentioned. Bad experience with Hertz pick up. I reserved and paid up front so we could just go to the car and skip the counter. Trudged the length of the garage, stowed luggage and then couldn’t start the car because the key fob was dead. Unloaded and Walked all the way back to a kiosk in 90 degree heat. Waited a half hour for the CSR to get done talking to another employee while ignoring customers. Finally was assigned another car, no apologies or upgrade and we left a half hour beyond our pickup time. Terrible.Reviewed 24 Sept 2024
