The attendant LEFT before my flight landed. I never received my car, along with a bunch of other customers. We were literally stranded. I had to uber all over Nashville that entire weekend.Reviewed 23 Sept 2024

1. The line to redeem my rental voucher at the rental car desk was sooooo long. There was only 1 person working it, which later became 2. But the line was 30 people. None of the other rental companies had a long line. Just this one. 2. The license plate tag was ripped. 3. Overall it just felt like there was not enough attention paid to the customer experience. Lots of attention to keeping it a lean cost center... but def understaffed.Reviewed 20 Oct 2023

It took so long waiting in line to get to the counter. I had to reschedule the plans that I made for my brothers bachelor party. It ruined the whole day. I waited for an hour and a half just to be able to get to the line to rent the car. Maybe there are more people needed at the front desk during times of high demand. The car was nice. It wasn’t super clean. The windows were dirty and it smelled like someone had smoked in it before. Other than that it was a good experience.Reviewed 26 Sept 2023
