The guy who waited on me at pickup and drop-off was awesome.Cons:
The vehicle was very uncomfortable. The outside of the vehicle had several scratches and dings. The carpet on the driver's side was ragged and torn. The back of the vehicle had stains and the plastic had deep scrapes. I was not happy with the vehicle at all. Also I will not rent from that location ever again. For what it cost, I expected the vehicle to be in way better shape than it was.Thrifty

Travel plans change and you can't always be on time to pick up the car. I was three hours late and they gave my car away so I had to take a smaller car at the same price. This is not a good practice. The time set ups need to be more flexible.Bandago
