Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is a treasure!!! Location, location, team, service and room decore!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great room with a view over the harbour. Great location. Having a fridge and microwave was a bonus as we were staying 5 nights which meant we didn’t need to eat out all the time.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the location on the bay was fantastic..close to everything
Cons: my tub would not hold water. and after walking all day I needed a hot tub
Excellent 10.0
Pros: beautiful location, great rooms, amazing service
Excellent 10.0
Pros: great location ! excellent staff ! added bonus of a great breakfast delivered every morning :)
Cons: nothing I didn’t like!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The rooms are nice and clean. The location is pretty central for accessing most of this part of Boston. You’re in walking distance to a lot in the area.
Cons: Parking is a bit of a pain here. You will more than likely be required to park at one of the lots approximately 3-4 minutes walks away. To be fair though, the hotel is clear about this. The walls are thin-ish so you can hear muffled noise from other rooms. Occasionally some talking and a cough here and there. However, this wasn’t really a problem because the other guests were courteous during our stay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: room was huge and beautiful. delicious breakfast delivered to room. gorgeous views.
Cons: nothing
Excellent 9.6
The view and the beautiful room was a wonderful treat. Most of our friends and family would be hesitant to spend that much money.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fantastic staff. We stayed in the penthouse and it was very charming. Super comfortable bed. Beautiful views. The chef was amazing. Great breakfast
Cons: The only thing I would’ve like was the availability of brewed coffee. There is a keurig in the room and in the lobby downstairs. Otherwise everything was great
Excellent 10.0
Facility was perfectly located and well appointed. Breakfast was great and served on time. Staff was friendly and attentive. Looking forward to our next stay there.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The view hands down. The size of the room was way overboard for two us but we enjoyed the room to spread out.
Cons: Can't think of anything!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location -
Excellent 10.0
Great stay at Boston harbor hotel. Great view and very helpful staff. Very easy checkout. The food was great!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: 1.) Every single detail of this hotel is well planned, well programmed. I booked a normal room and what I got (without any upgrade) is almost a suite, with a separate living room. The view was not on the sea (I booked the simplest room category) but I really liked it: full view on the crowded skyscrapers of the financial district. 2.) Amazing quality of the soap and shower gel, among the best I ever got in a hotel. 3.) The restaurant Grill at the ground floor serves absolutely incredible dishes. simple, without any complicated sauce or construction, but fresh and genuine products are used for surprising every guest. 4.) The staff is extremely well trained and gentle 5.) I adore this hotel and I cannot wait to come. crack
Cons: - Price is high, should be 15% lower
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location was excellent.
Cons: The hotel is showing it's age. There was nothing special about it for the price point. I have stayed at other five star hotels in Boston that were much more memorable.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The hotel staff was excellent. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness of our room and how housekeeping reset our room during our stay.
Cons: How much better would a waterfront room be if windows in rooms could be opened?
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location and hotel amenities were superb
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everybody and everything is wonderful! Check in, the maid, food service and food fabulous! Love the stay ! Wanted to stay longer but next time🦋thank you Debbie,
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location and cleanliness were outstanding
Cons: Staff was less than welcoming. Doorman would watch my wife approach and never opened the door for her. That was a bit shocking. Food in restaurant was very over hyped.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good
Cons: Yes
Excellent 10.0
Great location and value.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The view over the harbor and city was absolutely stunning and the gift box of chocolates was a pleasant surprise. The staff was polite, pleasant, and professional, even at the exceptionally early hour we checked out.
Cons: One of the bedside USB charge ports did not work, but there were plenty of other power sources in the room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Treatment by everyone working at each hotel. Each location served our purposes for going where we needed to go. The Boston Harbor Hotel was very nice.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The view was the best
Cons: Valet car parking was a bit of a challenge. It was run by an outside group instead of the hotel which previously handled it.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very good staff.
Cons: The room was much smaller than I expected. Barking dog at 7:00 a.m. Saturday woke us up, and it continued to bark for the rest of the morning.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Wonderful location; walk to the North End, the Seaport District, or Quincy Market in minutes. My seaside room overlooked Boston Harbor. The room itself was beautiful; big and very clean. I wish I could live there!
Cons: Nothing; couldn't have had a better stay.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location
Cons: The spa was completely shut down
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was very courteous and attentive. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Cons: For the price I expected a litt More luxury in the rooms, but overall it was as expected.
Okay 5.6
Nothing that we can do. Money is too much with no facilities to use.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Elegant and first class
Okay 4.0
Cons: They put us in a handicapped room with no bathtub. It was disappointing. They would only switch us to a suite for $700 additional, so we were stuck in the handicapped room. I will go back to staying at the Interconty and will not use the blind buy again.
Okay 4.0
Cons: Under construction and there was no notice of that fact. Major disappointment for a so called 5 star level hotel.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Great location on Boston Harbor. Get a room with a harbor view and you can also see the airplanes take off and land at Logan Airport - fun to watch.
Cons: Food not that good. Afternoon Tea was disappointing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location and atmosphere
Cons: Received a queen size not the king and there were issues with the minibar
Excellent 9.3
Pros: This was a great place
Cons: Nothing bad to say here

Good 7.0
Pros: Great ocean view. Great location.
Cons: Thermostat didn't work - had to be reset. Only about 20% of TV channels worked. Pillows were awful - woke up with a stiff neck.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everyone was very helpful. Food was great.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very well appointed. Rooms very clean and very confortable beds. Good breakfast options.
Cons: The Restaurant only opens in the evenings. The menu could be improved as well as the curtesy of the people working there.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location by the Seaport area Offered lots of support for any missing travel items or sleep/pillow options
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Service and amenities were the best I have wxperienced in 40 years of travel.
Cons: no
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location.. And being close to ferry service And having a gym and restaurants...
Good 7.0
Pros: I loved that you can text them and they will bring you what you need right away! I also loved the advanced technology in the room. The tv was bigger then most hotels, the AC worked great, the light/privacy button, and the sanitizer station were all great!
Cons: The bed/pillows weren't very comfortable. The sheet on my bed had a tip in it. Also one of the staff ladies wasn't very nice & another staff member gave me incorrect information for a ferry I was taking so we almost missed it.
Excellent 10.0
Had an amazing stay at the Seaport hotel! Staff was incredibly helpful. The bar and restaurant was nice and inviting! The room was so clean with nice little extras!!! Thank you!
Excellent 10.0
Really lovely hotel, convient location to the seaport, lots of good restaurants in walking distance, but the most important to us was how clean the hotel was.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location is great
Cons: Check in.
Excellent 10.0
I stayed with family and we enjoy it. The Check-in process was smooth. Very friendly staff. The room was super clean, quiet, comfortable, and had a very nice view. Amazing indoor pool with glass ceiling and city views & beautiful patio seating area too. Hotel located next to nice restaurants such as Pink Taco. I highly recommend it.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: STAFF!!! totally amazing
Cons: location. Long walks. Hotel bikes were great!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was friendly and answered all of our questions immediately.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff, nice rooms, fantastic location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff is very accommodating. Nice size rooms.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean, great location and great view from our room. Very friendly staff too.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: upscale alot of beautiful amenities take care in having little things that are proof you care about your customers great location loved the rooms and bathrooms
Cons: daily parking rate restaurant was closed and only had the cafe open
Good 7.0
Pros: Room
Cons: Location and absence of room service
Good 7.0
Pros: Cleaning protocols and self-parking as valets were not available.
Cons: Non-soundproof walls. Awoken each morning 6:30-7:00 to sound of young child next door speaking loudly and banging on table. Also, as we were place on 7th floor, "Harbor View" is pretty much in name only. Very disappointing - view of construction site
Okay 5.0
Pros: Environment is amazing, the location and the restaurant is so good
Cons: Pool limitation of time only for 45 min. Besides, nobody was wearing a face mask. No one in the hotel asked for my proof of vaccination. How do they know everyone is vaccinated. Elevators crowded without a mask. I have a pending charge to solve too
Poor 1.0
Pros: Its ridiculous that they hold money on your card for days for parking when we paid cash for parking when we checked out. They also charged us for incidentals saying it was only pending and it would fall off. 4 business days later its still there!
Cons: We travel often to boston and have never had a hotel hold all these charges being held on my card for so many days after they were already paid in cash! Very disappointed and there are plenty of other choices in boston that we will not stay here again!
Good 7.2
We originally were only going to stay for one night but ended up staying for two. The only downside is the restaurants were closed due to Covid. There were no breakfast options. The pool was also very limited, again, in part due to Covid. We were only able to swim one time because they only allowed a limited number of people in the pool and it was by appointment only. Otherwise a very nice hotel and it was extremely clean. And I’m picky.
Mediocre 3.6
Had a 3 day stay parking is $37 a day They have a pool and you have to make an appointment which we could not get one at all. Went to restaurant half the menu they didn’t have and wine as well
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Parking for hotel guests should be free or lot cheaper
Excellent 9.2
This hotel meet my expectations
Good 7.2
Small room but soo clean No view Awful food
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: Upon checking in I was asked to exchange my self parking ticket with hotel parking ticket because it is free. Self parking was $22. I was extremely happy at first. Upon checkout hotel charged me $50 for parking. I plan to file complaints after returning
Good 7.0
Pros: Comfy beds and pillows. We had a room with a harbor view, which was beautiful. Close to many attractions. Close to the airport.
Cons: The front desk staff were not forthcoming with information and seemed bothered with questions. The walls were very thin.
Good 7.0
Pros: Clean hotel, nice location in the Seaport.
Cons: Understaffed coming out of Covid. Took an hour and two request to fix the tv in our room. Would be really a nice hotel once staffed properly.
Good 7.0
Pros: I liked the ease of access the best, the garage and being able to go in and out. And also the staff were very accommodating with extending our check out time due to us being in college and having finals during our stay.
Cons: The only two things we did not enjoy was the temperature device and the phone line. Apparently it was set to 68 degrees and could not be set to warmer. Staff were unable to be contacted due to a inoperative phone line.
Good 6.8
Too expensive and no accommodations, they charge for everything, even air you breath. Staff is great though.
Excellent 8.8
This is such a beautiful site. Surrounded by ocean and walking distance to everything great.
Excellent 10.0
My first encounter at the front desk was amazing. The staff was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. My room was clean and had a sealed sticker on the outside. You could tell things had been cleaned. There was also a sanitizing machine next to the bed which was pretty cool. I was looking forward to having breakfast in bed on my “staycation” but there was no room service, or breakfast served during the week. You had to order food at the downstairs restaurant and go pick it up. Luckily, this hotel is at such a great location for lots of delicious food spots! Again, loved this hotel and would definitely book again! Couldn’t beat the price either!
Excellent 10.0
Tami’s restaurant was very very slow
Excellent 10.0
My husband and stayed for one night to celebrate our 10th anniversary. The Seaport Hotel in Boston had many precautions in place to try to keep customers and staff safe. Our room was immaculate and comfortable.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location was good. check-in was welcoming.
Cons: There was no microwave in the room. We had hard time eating cold food as there was no microwave.
Good 7.0
Pros: Space and showe
Excellent 10.0
Extremely convenient, quiet, and luxurious hotel. Worth the price for the quality and location. Bed and shower were extremely comfortable.
Excellent 10.0
Great hotel perfectly situated above the underground highway network of Boston. Within a few minutes, one can literally get to all the major areas of Boston and Cambridge from the hotel. View is great and the hotel is very well maintained. Will be staying at Seaport again next time I am in Boston.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The view
Cons: Total disaster. Rude and offensive staff. Non-functioning telephone. Frustrating TV remote and microwave. No clock. The high point - a mildew ridden mattress which caused post nasal drip, watery eyes and violent, non-stop sneezing. Miserable experience.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Neglected to tell me about the $50 fee for using their valet service. To top it all off, the valet had scratched the right front light lens and popped the bumper cowling. I called but they don't care.
Cons: Didn't tell me about $50 valet fee.Valet scratched my right front light lens and popped the bumper cowling.Sent the security guy photos they said they would investigate. They didn't follow up- when I did got a text that said we're not doing anything.
Okay 5.0
Cons: A fowl smell coming from the bathroom sink....smelled of vomit. My room number was 611.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location
Cons: The description and pictures of the room were exaggerated did not look the same in person. Also The description did not not obviously state that there was a 40$ a night charge for parking.
Good 7.0
Pros: the area, close to the seaport, a lot of good restaurants. I liked the quite atmosphere.
Cons: We had a power outage for few hours, and it delayed my work and studies in the room.
Good 7.0
Pros: Good location, clean.
Cons: Paid for an upgraded room but it was very average.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was convenient to what we wanted to do
Poor 1.0
Pros: Complete disaster with housekeeping daily
Cons: Service
Okay 5.0
Pros: location
Cons: They added a hotel "service fee" to my supposedly prepaid stay. Bah. You should disclose the total cost when booking.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Nothing extraordinary considering the cost
Excellent 8.5
Located in the new Seaport District Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Views of Water. Very close to Silver Line for transportation throughout Boston. Walk to North End. They provide free bikes to explore. Newest Hotel with a great staff. Two restaurants with a cafe for coffee and sandwiches. Nice lobby. A great gym with Cybex, treadmills, Ellipticals, steam room and lap pool. Two waters daily, free WiFi, free shoe shine, very clean, free WSJ or USA today, Flat screen TV. And desk. comfortble bed. I would stay with family or business.
Excellent 10.0
I was shocked at how modern this hotel was, perhaps the most modern one I have ever been in. The TV in our room also doubled as a device that allowed us to go on the internet. The room was very clean as well, this is all in part due to the building being relatively new. The fitness center was modern as well, with helpful employees working there. Our hotel room also had a lovely view of the harbor. We only had one minor problem with the room service, when we called them to clean our room and they didn’t come. But aside from that minor Inconvenience, it was a beautiful hotel with plenty of accommodations. The Seaport is a very clean and comfortable hotel and our room was a good size. The staff are friendly and professional. This was our first time to Boston and the hotel is well located for bars and restaurants.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Worst experience ever. In terms of service this hotel is a random motel. I requested support because I was feeling sick and they did not even care. Noisy rooms and A/C.
Cons: I requested a late check out for 2pm since I was feeling extremely bad with fever and need to rest for a while before leaving to the airport and the staff said NO because they were fuilbooked. I then asked for 1pm and they refused. Could not they support?
Excellent 10.0
Felt very comfortable at this location and complimentary breakfast was great. Nice to have both inside and outside patio seating available. Bathroom was very clean but no amenity there, we faces some problems, but it was fine.
Excellent 8.5
From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out we had nothing but a good experience in this hotel. The reception area was warm and welcoming. Check in very smooth indeed. We were told not to tip anyone as this had already been included in our room price. We did see some people trying to tip, but it was turned down. Our room was a very good size, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities, small fridge, free water and newspaper every day. Refillable toiletries in the bathroom, which is so much better than loads of small plastic bottles being used and disposed of every day. TV and radio provided with plenty of channels/stations. Cleaning staff that actually do as you like! We usually leave the towels on the rails to indicate we are happy to use them again, and in lots of hotels they change them anyway. Here they only changed them when we left them on the floor. Restaurant Tamo was excellent. Did not eat in the Aura at breakfast time as they also had a small cafe for breakfast and lunch that we chose to use. Had a look around the gym and was made to feel very welcome indeed. When I manage to get fast enough to run the Boston marathon, and we return, I will definitely book this hotel again. The only things that would improve it for me would be a breakfast included package and peppermint/herbal tea to also be provided.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Staff was just very friendly and made us feel welcome. Location was very nice on the waterfront, many things to do walking distance.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We unexpectedly needed a hotel for one night in Boston. Went to Kayak for a solution and ended up in this luxury hotel for a very reasonable price right in downtown Boston just across the street from the Flower Show which was right where we wanted to go!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: "Full-service", with convenient tip-inclusive billing. This eases a minor business travel headache. Great location and facility.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Brand new hotel friendly staff and rooms were very nice
Cons: Yes everyday I stayed there was a problem with my door. The electric scanner wasn't working I had to go down to the front desk several times. Sunday morning and Monday morning they woke me up around 7:30am replacing the battery or testing out the doorbell
Excellent 8.0
Cons: No heat
Good 7.1
Cons: The pool was closed for renovations and we were not informed in advance. Had we known, we would have booked our stay at another hotel for our getaway
Excellent 8.8
Cons: I thought the rooms were small especially for a family of four.
Okay 4.0
Pros: The room is clean but you can hear the noise such as TV sounds or vacuum noise from other rooms. The location is quite good as you can find a lot of restaurants nearby. It's right next to the T-station if you want to take subway.
Cons: The front desk staffs are not very helpful. When I told them I left my pillow in the room after checked out, they make two calls and told me that their staffs can't find it and I can call back to the hotel later if I want. They don't seem to care at all.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great stay. Had an event at Seaport World Trade Center. Would stay again
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Everything was perfect! Great service, brunch was delicious! Gym was Great too.
Cons: We had three friends stay in two double beds. When I booked it I couldn't find 2 queen beds. Two doubles were a little small, but they were comfortable.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The location was good to see Boston & get to our cruise.
Cons: Wedding music was loud & heard on the 6th floor. You should have better toilet paper & kleenex.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: great location and clean
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Comfortable and well appointed rooms
Cons: No breakfast offering (there is an adjoining coffee shop which does some breakfast items) and the bedrooms could do with some more lighting to supplement the lamps.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The bed was phenomenal. Didn’t need the chair in the corner of the room though
Cons: Nothing!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was very friendly. Valet parking staff were funny, knowledgeable and professional. The hotel was dog friendly but it didn't at all feel like a " dog hotel". We had a beautiful corner room. Everything was clean, love the bedding duvet so it was clean. The window were clean.
Cons: Wish it would have been longer. It would have been nice to have a way to tip staff without using cash.
Poor 1.0
Cons: Hotel was fine but reservation process is horrible. Our concert was cancelled due to Covid and yet you wouldn¿t let us cancel. We tried to reschedule for February but your system said change was successful but only got us a week so we were forced to us
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Amazing location. Beautiful lobby and room. Great snacks in room.
Cons: Bartender made mediocre drinks. Not enough furniture in room.
Excellent 9.6
Great location , room is very comfortable staff friendly and very helpful
Excellent 10.0
This is my first time in Boston. I booked this hotel for its convenient location. What a pleasant surprise staying there with modern decorations, boutique hotel infused details, very friendly staff from the front desk to bellboys. The location is great with walking distance to subway stations, China town and shopping area. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: location, clean, friendly and helpful staff, convenient and delicious coffee shop downstairs
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Wonderful staff, beautiful lobby & rooms. Nice small bar, with fantastic breakfast cafe attached on one side, and great restaurant attached on the other.
Cons: Nope
Good 7.0
Pros: Stafff was accommodating
Cons: Rooms are small also ask twice too have our room cleaned and it never got done .
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean. Excellent location.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room was modern and clean. Mood lighting in bathroom was nice. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was wonderful, from the clean room and well appointed, clean bathroom to its perfect Downtown Crossing location, kind and helpful staff, snacks and water provided daily, just everything we could have asked for.
Cons: There was no dresser so no drawers to store our clothing. However, we managed to put everything in the spacious closet.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Loved the overall design and feel.
Cons: View was terrible and bar was closed. Thank
Excellent 10.0
Good!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room and common areas were clean. Employees were friendly and helpful. Location is convenient and T station was easily accessible.
Excellent 9.6
A really great location for shopping and site seeing
Excellent 9.2
This place is very convenient for those not wanting to drive as you can walk to many historical sites and get the T to almost any where
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very clean. Very modern. Great coffee shop in lobby. Central location.
Cons: Room was a touch small
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very organized and easy to deal with
Cons: Location is not great. The area outside the hotel is not nearly as nice as the hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location, room sizes and comfort/condition of hotel
Cons: Restaurants weren’t open long enough
Excellent 10.0
Clean, quiet and cozy! Close to Boston commons and plenty of restaurants. The subway or T is right around the corner. We stayed with our 2yo who loved the playground and carousel at Boston commons.
Excellent 8.4
Loved the hotel and staff. Due to the pandemic not all their facilities were open. Location is right in the middle of things; good for restaurants and history, bad for street people and noise outside. We still give it good ratings.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hotel location and convenience
Cons: location
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Room had a strange layout, was very dark. Only had 1 window to an inner courtyard, very dark.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Nice staff let us check in early. Had no problem with us hanging out in the lobby when our flight was delayed.
Cons: REALLY tiny room. Kind of a snooty vibe, even though the "Downtown Crossing" neighborhood is a little sketchy. Be careful walking around at night!
Excellent 9.7
Cons: Menu options and Room Service could be better (and available 24/7), instead of limited until 11 pm
Good 6.0
Pros: It was conveniently located.
Cons: The room is small and the 20 bucks per day fee for internet and gym is not worth it.
Good 7.0
Pros: Bellhops, valet & room service staff were top notch. I had a problem checking in. They noticed & tried to make up for inflexible front desk.
Cons: Checking in was a problem. Front desk was inflexible. Woman who appeared to be the manager came out & she actually snapped at me. I was shocked. Another person at front desk tried to tell me that something that was a hotel policy was a law.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Great location
Cons: I asked staff for a quiet room. The staff placed me next to housekeeping. I was awakened constantly due to opening and shutting of the housekeeping door. I mentioned this to the same staff member at checkout. There was no sympathy.
Excellent 10.0
Great modern rooms with chic bathroom, great decor, comfortable bed, huge smart TV and most of all Whisper quiet air conditioner. The staff were all very friendly and helpful giving us lots of local tips. It has its own coffee shop and restaurant. Again, like the hotel itself is really good. The whole hotel has its own free WIFI which is always useful when on Holiday. If l was to be hyper picky the rooms would benefit from a fridge and bigger wardrobe and maybe a little bigger, but that’s it.The place has a great relaxing feel to it totally chilled and layed back. I would have no problem recommending this hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel is super clean with without a doubt the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced.it is almost on the freedom trail and so close to the common it is in easy walk of Quincey market and both cheers pubs and all tourist stops are easily assessable by one of the tour bus at bottom of market .worth every penny
Cons: Ok to be picky no restaurant mostly coffee shops and food concession s but this encourages you to go further and Boston is easy to get about .ok bar is limited but what they do offer in very good but it's no pub .old fashioned. is outstanding but only few bottled beers no draft
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful room with an awesome mattress! Fancy hotel right in the heart of downtown. Definitely recommend.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Chic hotel with very comfortable rooms and excellent customer service.
Cons: It's hard to think of anything we didn't like
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Great location, central to most attractions. Very polite and helpful staff
Cons: Ice machine was broken, but these things happen.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Great ,location, layout, quality, and service. Our second stay here and we remain fans of this newer downtown hotel. Comfortable beds, quality fixture, terrific, huge Tv, fast wifi. Haven't tried the food. The bar was nice.
Cons: Jeez, the standard rooms are tiny with hard to access closet and no side table on one side of the bed. We were offered a larger room for another $40 and should have taken it!
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Convenient, clean, very nice, sleek, efficient
Cons: Tight rooms for two travelers with large bags
Good 7.4
Pros: The Godfrey is very Modern, ideally located and the staff is super friendly. ( Except for the manager on duty when I checked in.)
Cons: Booked a two bedroom with a third party site, didn't have that option so I called up the hotel to see if there was an option. Was told to just mark in underspecial request and they would have it for me. When I checked in was given a small King size room and says that's what we booked. Told the manager who talked to us what happened and she says we never made the request. I pulled up the reservation on myphone and showed her the request, then she says its first come first serve basis. Only room left for the night was a $80 upgrade was a four class upgrade to a suite which was much bigger and had two TVs, so I took it, had no other option. Walked into the room and if that was a four class upgrade I would hate to see a regular room. Room was very small, only one TV. Don't get me wrong, hotel was very nice. Big screen TV,nice showers and towels, but felt very very very cheated. Along with the $52 for parking it was like spending $600 a night for a small room.......Really??
Good 6.2
Pros: The location
Cons: First room far to loud (trucks unloading / loading 5 am); second room not so loud, but still noisy. Strange inventory: No hooks to hang coats etc. Only one shelf for shirts in the wardrobe, no other furniture witgh drawers (underware etc.) half of the wardrobe full of ironong board. No hooks to hang bathrobe and bigger towels in the bathroom. small selection at breakfast, every day the same. Loud music allready at breakfast. No bowls for yoghurt and esreal to mix, except small plastic cups. All breakfast cups, spoons etc. plastic (lots of vaste) hardly any tables to eat breakfast (sofas. lounge chairs etc.) Over all feeling like a grown up youth hostel
Okay 4.5
Pros: Breakfast, decor, location, comfortable bed.
Cons: Waking up to a 45 degree room and being told that a refund was not possible. They did provide a space heater, but after a few hours it only raised the temperature to 49 degrees. No refund?! The Godfrey said I have to get the refund through the website. I expect a runaround.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very close to my venue TD GARDEN
Cons: TV in my room was not user friendly.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very pleasant and comfortable
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Did not eat breakfast
Good 7.0
Pros: Definitely a very modern, new and clean hotel! The beds were extremely comfortable, the room had plenty of space and closet space, the view was amazing and the bathrooms immaculate. The breakfast was amazing as well.
Cons: The lock on our door was broken. We had left the room for a bit then came back to notice it broken. Sophia was the most rude hotel staff worker I have ever encountered - which was so incredibly surprising for such an upscale hotel. The rest of the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, Sophia - I had asked for her name specifically - was VERY rude. I’m not sure if it was because my friend and I are two young girls in our upper twenties versus well dressed businessmen traveling. But, when we walked in the door of the hotel before we even heard a “Welcome” she shouted “PUT A MASK ON!” - we did but she still treated us like delinquents. We did not see the piece of paper taped to the door saying masks required. From there - she was snotty as she check me in. Within an hour of my friend and I staying in our room, Sophia knocked on our door telling us if we did not quiet down she would escort us off the property. We were just doing our makeup and chatting - so I’m really not sure how we could be louder than the groups of younger men in their early twenties walking around the hotel just fine. The staff had to apologize sincerely on her behalf and felt very embarrassed. I thank the staff that did HELP me. I should not pay the amount of money I did to stay at a hotel that is rude and threatening to the guests. Having a broken lock made me feel extremely uncomfortable and having to whisper the whole stay was VERY aggravating. I shouldn’t have to pay money for a place that made me feel like I could only whisper. Overall very frustrating and disheartening
Excellent 10.0
Pros: perfect location - excellent service
Cons: -
Excellent 10.0
Beautiful rooms, great views. With in waking distance to all of downtown Boston.
Excellent 9.6
Enjoyed my stay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Close to the Garden and the North End. New, clean, and everyone was friendly. Fitness center was well equipped, not crowded on a Sunday morning..
Cons: We were on the Zakim bridge side and could hear traffic below, but it wasn't too bad. We were on the 9th floor, and it might be louder on lower floors. Starbucks in the lobby for breakfast was OK, not great.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Not having free parking

Excellent 10.0
Pros: location, staff and history!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location was great.... nice rooms... great for families
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff at the front desk were outstanding…The valets were also excellent! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I needed an umbrella..they lent me an umbrella. We wanted a breakfast recommendation for Sunday morning..they made reservations for us… I liked that we could text the front desk if we needed anything… The 360 degree view from the 23rd floor was incredible. It was like having an “Empire State building” view to ourselves! The location of the “Custom House” is ideal… it’s within walking distance to Fanieul Hall…the North End.. the Seaport and Financial districts.
Cons: Room 207 has a wonderful upstairs bedroom…however the stairs at the midway point do not have a flat threshold but instead have unexpected curved steps. This took some getting use to without tripping over them when not looking…be careful!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Spacious 1-br suites with small kitchenette (no stove, but microwave/fridge/toaster/utensils, etc.) Very friendly staff Several hotel-sponsored events, like tours and tastings (chowder, chocolate) Comfortable beds Very quiet rooms - 3-pane windows - Couldn't hear the Noreaster blowing outside Nice gym and complimentary laundry facilities (they even provide detergent)
Cons: Due to Covid, they only had a la carte continental breakfast options, which didn't look very good. We didn't use that. However, there is a great bakery a few blocks away called Tatte, which has fantastic breakfast/lunch items.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved the two-storey historical room, the tours, complimentary apple cider in the afternoon, the hospitality - everything!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The Observation Deck was amazing.
Cons: There are no restaurants at this hotel.
Okay 5.0
Cons: Room air conditioner way too noisy. At $500 night should provide free continental breakfast
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location is perfect. History of the building is fascinating.
Cons: The air conditioning system is tricky. Better ask the staff to explain it and put it on auto.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was perfect, the staff was great, they had activities for those staying in and the price was high but considering everything that you get I think it's worth it.
Cons: Maybe having a complimentary breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Marriott Custom House during our recent family vacation to Boston. The location is ideal and the villas provided plenty of space for everyone. The observation deck was fun and we went up there several times during our stay. We would definitely return to the Custom House again.
Good 7.7
Pros: The location cannot be beat if you want to be close to Quincy Market/North End/Downtown. Also, all the rooms are suites with a spacious living space. This is also a historic building so be sure to browse the museum quality displays throughout the lobby and hallways. Don't miss the observation deck!!
Cons: Bathroom was tiny - I understand wanting to have access from bed and living rooms but that doesn't really work in a 'smaller than average' hotel bathroom. Take out the big dining table, change to a drop leaf and steal 6 feet to expand the bathroom. Btw, if you are a light sleeper, request a high floor.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: rooms beautiful, clean and staff amazingly attentive and kind
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful, classic hotel. Everything on perfection from staff to rooms.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: so clean everyone very helpful polite and friendly
Cons: our room had very poor view. it was also dark and not even any day light. the window was overlooking an indoor areas which was bizarre.
Okay 5.0
Pros: friendly employees, convenient location
Cons: no rest during the nights. other guests were partying (both nights) like in a youth hostel
Excellent 10.0
Pros: it was wonderful! five stars on every level!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff at the Langham hotel genuinely made us feel welcome. The room was well appointed and the restaurants and spa were superb. We will be back again!
Good 7.7
Pros: The location was he best part of this hotel. Everything downtown was a short, safe walk (T stops, Fanuel Hall, Quincy Market). The room was small for the price but it was well kept. Everything was clean and staff was quick to respond to any requests we had.
Cons: Our AC/Heater broke on our last day there so we had to move rooms because it could not be fixed that night. It kept making an awful buzzing noise every few seconds and would have made sleeping impossible. It was about 8:30 at night and it was really the last thing we wanted to do. Fortunately, they had another room available, and they told us it was an upgrade (it wasn’t), but it was still a process to have to pack all of our stuff up and move it. No discount was offered for the inconveniece. Otherwise the stay would have been perfect.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Clean, quiet, and relatively posh with ample room size. Luxury, but not high end luxury...hotel has good bones, but is older. Still a nice place to stay
Cons: Modern amenities in rooms for technology not really available...no charging ports, limited plugs even near the desk. Also the restaurant was not open at 8:00 pm on a Tuesday, just the bar with a more limited menu.
Good 6.5
This is a gorgeous hotel with a good accommodating staff in Boston's financial district. I ordered a soup and sandwich for room service and it came to a whopping $50, which was a high price in my opinion. The portions were large though. The hotel staff was very friendly in helping me print for work and made sure I was taken care of. Would definitely come back when I can afford it! Even the pool and fitness area were chilly. In addition, the whirlpool was not functioning. As always the staff and help were great. The hotel is amazingly clean and looked great for the holidays. Hope my comments are taken with good intentions.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The quality of service at the Langham is exceptional. I've never stayed in a hotel where the staff were universally excellent, the accommodations so truly comfortable, and so many lovely extras included. I stayed following an historic blizzard in Boston, and being in that space, so warmly greeted, every need considered -- I can't say enough about how wonderful this establishment is. I would stay again, every time I'm in Boston!
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the friendly staff and beautiful reception areas
Cons: faultless
Okay 4.2
Pros: Staff was very friendly and enthusiastic
Cons: Dated & Tired, especially considering the price tag
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Staff very helpful.
Cons: The price of brunch.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Staff was great. Helpful and friendly. I stay here for work as a united airlines Capt on my Boston layover, and we are treated so well that I brought my wife up for a weekend stay .. We walked to Fanual Hall, and Aquarium.. Shopped. Went to a Red Sox -Yankees game ( Sox won
Cons: A bit pricey. But hey .. Its downtown Boston
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very attractive lobby area; extrenely personable and professional staff.
Cons: Bathrooms and towels were not what a hotel charging $700/night should be offering.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Excellent to stay, but cost is very high for business people.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: very confusing between this property and the Hilton Logan Airport. you confused the two addresses. Luckily, they called a shuttle to get me to the right property.
Excellent 8.4
I booked my Thanksgiving stay in August and got a great deal. There is plenty of parking on premises and our room was spacious and clean. While the hotel looked like it was pretty full, we weren't bothered by noise from any other guests. It took us a while to figure out the room thermostat and we didn't always have enough hot water in the shower, but everything else about the place was great. Everything was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. I'll keep this place in mind the next time I plan a trip to Boston.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: After communicating with the "facility" via Booking.com to confirm the reservation was a park and ride one, we found out it was not when we tried to check in. We were told they did not have any room for us to park and did not offer to work with us at all. Thank goodness for Marriott.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel was great! I just needed a place to stay near the airport, but really found the amenities to be awesome - the bar and restaurant was well staffed and really fun, loved the gym and little pool and my room was very cozy. For the price, this was excellent and really made my trip very calm. Highly recommended!
Cons: Nothing. Loved the room and hotel. Very friendly staff. Well done.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location and room size.
Cons: My stay was for two nights, my room was not cleaned and I was without clean towels. The bed was to low. Thanks.
Good 7.0
Pros: room clean close to airport
Cons: yes said free parking and parking for airport got charged $25 for the night we stayed and no parking available for when went to airport false advertising
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My stay was exceptional! I stayed in the newest wing of the hotel. My room was spacious and my bed was comfortable with snowy white sheets! It's located close to the airport with a free shuttle service to the airport. I would stay there again!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Shuttle to and from airport was great!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: location. size of room/design.
Cons: No explanation of the food/restaurant for dinner or breakfast. Was it included? Was it buffet? the lobby had no signage regarding eating. Always a line at front desk and no worker to ask. The room was loud--flights, car traffic, trucks, birds.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was close to the airport but none of the noise. The hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly. The shuttle to the airport was quick and fun, the driver brought out a bag of candy for my grand daughter, we thought that was super sweet. Great stay
Excellent 9.6
Shuttle worked great
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was quiet. It was clean.
Cons: no. not really
Excellent 9.0
Cons: The location. The traffic light to leave the area stays red for extremely long.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: New and close to the Airport
Cons: All was fine
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We were given a room in the new addition of the hotel and it was awesome. It was a handicapped room and was huge. We were very comfortable. The main light switch was something new. Took us a little while to figure that out. :-}
Cons: My only minor complaint is that none of the floors in the new addition had their ice machines connected.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The price
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The service
Cons: Absolutely not
Excellent 9.2
We booked this place for 1 night because we had an early flight out the next day, and it is very close to the airport. It served its purpose well.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean was a convenient location for us most staff was very friendly and helpful
Cons: No free breakfast unless silver or gold Hilton member and the prices of the food at restaurant was very expensive
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: On the surface this is a great looking hotel. Front desk help was amazing! A lady is hilarious and is quick while making a great first impression.
Cons: The cleanliness of the hotel IMO is below standard and mostly surface. AC filters clogged, coils and drip pan had mold and rust. Carpets had surface mold and musty smell. Poorly managed.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Breakfast was great
Good 6.0
Pros: The people there were helpful and kind
Cons: The room had a musty smell
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very convenient access from terminals A and E by foot through covered bridges.
Cons: There was no security in the hotel. The easy access bridge from the airport brought people without control directly into the 2nd floor. There were people that were not guests in the hotel using the meeting area restrooms to wash themselves. Plus elevator access to the room floors was possibly without a room key.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing really I got hurt customer was not great and I still am waiting to speak to the GM of hotel never again
Cons: Poor customer service I got towel metal frame fell onto head...
Good 7.0
Pros: The bed was nice
Cons: Very expensive for so far from downtown Boston. Microwave would not work and there was no other microwave apparently to replace it with even though the hotel was barely booked
Good 7.0
Pros: nice and convenient for the airport
Cons: very surprised that the kitchen closed at 10pm. I would expect an airport hotel to have longer catering hours than this
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Nothing!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly Staff I was traveling with my sister (the option above is not available)
Cons: Nothing
Mediocre 3.7
Cons: Room wa freezing when we arrived; turned up heat but wasn't getting warm so had to jack it up to 73 degrees before it started to feel warm. Forgot to turn it down before going to bed and woke up sweltering. Turned it down but couldn't go back to sleep then. Had to be up at 5 to catch our plane so was relying on the coffee maker in our room but it was broken and I kept having to hold the power button on for it to work. Ran out of time and wound up going downstairs to buy coffee instead. Toilet paper wasn't folded into points in the bathroom so concerned that the cleaning was either overlooked or not done thoroughly. Also, have never stayed at a Hilton that didn't have some sort of breakfast available. Very disappointing.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Beautiful hotel, especially that entrance and chandeliers. Modern, fresh, clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Thanks!
Cons: Only disappointment was the lack of Hot tub in the Pool area.
Good 7.0
Cons: The remote control for television was not user friendly. Light switches were confusing for 80 year old
Good 6.0
Cons: Terribly expensive for what it was Waaaaaay overpriced. Would not stay there again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The restaurant's food was really good. We ate both a breakfast and evening meal. Superb! 'The staff at the check in/out desk was superb! We would definitely consider staying there again.
Cons: I can't think of anything that we didn't like.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The hotel is located in my hometown of East Boston.. It's beautiful with a great staff and perfectly located for all my Boston needs.. if they can keep their rates affordable, I will make this place my home when I visit a few times a year.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: I loved the location and staff. Next time bigger room for sure
Cons: Size of room
Okay 5.0
Pros: Well located. Starbucks
Cons: HVAC does not work properly. Room was very stuffy and uncomfortable to sleep. Parking was overpriced!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were incredibly kind and the rom was very clean.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great staff! Lost my AirPods and have been helpful through the process. Unfortunately they have not been found but it¿s nice to have a staff that¿s communicative.
Cons: Couch had lots of stains on it. Room 1610
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location; Valet service and staff were awesome!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location of the hotel was perfect for walking down by the waterfront and even to the heart of the city. We enjoyed the bar in the hotel, even the food was very good.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent check-in process, and we felt very taken care of. So close to everything in the Seaport, comfy beds, clean rooms- what's not to love? (The views from higher floors are awesome.)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room
Cons: No
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Cleaniness¿ found some cut nails on the carpet in the middle of the room. It is simply unacceptable that in 4 stars hotel housekeeping clearly does not vacuum between the guests.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful, accommodating, price was good for location, restaurants within walking distance, a deli near by. I can¿t think of anything to complain about. We would definitely stay here again.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location was perfect for us. Bar/restaurant great.
Cons: Bathroom was nice and fine for us, but wasn¿t as nice as one would expect for a hotel so expensive and highly rated. We were given a disability-accessible room, which is fine, but I assume that was related to why the bathroom may not have been as nice.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was great they were on top of everything whatever we needed they were there to get for us
Cons: There¿s nothing I didn¿t like about this Hotel
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff was great!!
Cons: The food was very expensive. Not many options in the hotel for a tired day of travel.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Clean and comfortable with a great view of the water.
Cons: At $50 parking was very expensive.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location was great.
Cons: No not really
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location
Good 7.0
Pros: View
Cons: Not fully open
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Location was good.
Cons: We had a horrible experience. Saying that there is a sofa bed and that the king room sleeps three is very misleading. Sofa bed may sleep a four-year-old but not an adult even close. Our toilet was screeching I would not stop running. We shut the water off
Good 6.0
Pros: location
Cons: service in restaurant cool water in shower 1 morning
Good 7.1
Pros: Good location, friendly staff.
Cons: Room was really small. Bathroom was very tight. And the beds were not comfortable at all, which was surprising.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was perfect. Great view of the Seaport and water. Neighborhood seemed safe and commercial. The concierge suggested a couple of in-the-know place to see in the area.
Cons: Parking was not included in my nightly rate. Parking around the hotel was somewhat difficult to find; was able to park in the street because of the holiday.
Good 7.4
Pros: Location
Cons: Exercise facilities were packed in mornings and hotel restaurants and bar closed early around 11 pm, even on weekend nights. Having stayed at other hotels in the area I would say the price was a little high for the accomodations but defintely not ridiculous.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, spacious rooms and friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: Pool was closed but they offered the Seaport across the street.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff was very helpful and the room was up to par. I would not hesitate to return.
Excellent 9.7
Cons: Parking. There was plenty available, however 64 dollars to park overnight is entirely too much.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Great hotel
Cons: Wish a continental breakfast was included in price.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was on point. The early check in, house keeping, room service and friendly staff made my stay awesome and I will be staying here again most definitely when visiting from L.A.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Hotel was nicely decorated in a nautical theme......a mix of modern and whimsical tht worked well, particularly in this location. Housekeeping staff and room service.......5 stars. The only problem we encountered occurred at check in......which was close to 3:00am. After flying all day we finally arrived,in the pouring rain. the parking attendant was so engrossed in watching a movie on his phone tht another employee had to bang on the glass......then actually open the door and tap him on the shoulder to get his attention. unlike other better hotels, he did not hold the door....or help us wth luggage and packages. We were exhausted. Unfortunately, his command of the language was almost nil. I spelled my last name (happens to b a common name) but he could not understand wht I was saying. He asked me to fill out my name info......next, they did not have the type of room we were promised. Again, communication was a HUGE problem.......at 3:00am !!! my daughter kept saying ........sofa bed........and King bed. The desk clerk kept saying no......no......no. I asked for the manager. They said.......no manager.......no supervisor. Finally, after much.....way too much conversation.......they gave us the room we were promised. an hour later, another desk clerk apologized for the mix up and offered us free wifi . From there on everything was good with a very few glitches.
Cons: Concierge not helpful. A few staff absolutely cannot communicate with virtually no command of the language. Bellmen were NOT helpful other than to get our car. They don't open doors.......don't help if you have packages........concierge also not real helpful. Gave us misinformation re trolley tours......not particularly friendly or helpful. Cleanliness, pleasant decor, overall good service and better prices......all good reasons to return. Housekeeping staff.......5 Stars!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: hotel and room was very nicely decorated.
Cons: wifi should be included for what a room costs
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent staff, a very comfortable room, and convenient to my conference at the Boston Seaport. The facility is very, very clean and modern. The bar was nice with a fireplace. Starbucks in the lobby is a plus.
Cons: The valet parking was quite expensive. Luckily, the bellman told me the garage was around the corner, and it saved me $11/day or more.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nicely designed lobby and rooms. Service was great.
Cons: Everything in room item cost extra Cost of parking was high.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean and very convenient. Airport shuttle was running at very early hours which was a key factor in our stay. Staff wore masks and everything was very clean. Hotel restaurant had amazing veiw and good cocktails.
Cons: Food and restaurant was ok not worth price
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The view of the harbor, city is fabulous. The room, bathroom superior. Breakfast was great!
Cons: Too long a wait at the airport for the hotel shuttle. It was late, after 11pm, and it would have been good to get a time estimate from the hotel desk person when we called for the shuttle.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: location and the restaurant
Cons: The cost was high for the size of the room
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Easy to access, near the airport, prominent views, good dining options.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: great location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The view was spectacular and proximity to harbor walk.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: location, view, decor, staff
Cons: the screaming baby for several hours 4-6am. questionable behavior of male staff towards female staff.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Convenience
Cons: should have better directions about where to get shuttle when reserving
Okay 5.0
Pros: The concierge staff were nice and very helpful.  The room was cleaned each day and we appreciated that. Pillows and beds were comfy
Cons: The location is very isolated and you will pay a lot for transportation every day via Uber, water taxi or taxi because there are no restaurants or anything to visit or do near the hotel. They don¿t have dressers in the rooms! And no comforters.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location - walking distance to car rental, wonderful harbor walk trail, city view, quiet
Cons: Unable to go later check out since our flight was later
Excellent 8.0
Pros: location
Cons: pricey for what it is.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The view, shuttle bus driver was great with directions and recommendations.
Cons: No
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent as it was a 5-minute shuttle to the airport. We took the water taxi across the harbor. The hotel gives a 10 dollar coupon on the weekends. The staff was all very friendly and the hotel restaurant had the best food.
Cons: It didn't bother me because I bring my own blankets, but for those that don't, the beds only have thin sheets with no blanket.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing view of the harbor. Everything was clean and neat: comfortable as well
Cons: Only thing I would have added was fridges in the room otherwise stellar!
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Location near airport.
Cons: The deceptive pricing. I was given the impression that my room was 100% prepaid, but, after we had left, I discovered that they had added a "Destination Fee" (like a hidden "Resort Fee"). Prepaid should mean prepaid. It does not mean "partially paid."
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Comfortable spacious room
Cons: Had to wait 45 minutes for shuttle, driver was rude
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It was very clean, new finishes and furnishings and its shuttle service was great.
Cons: No refrigerator or microwave in the room. But that¿s typical of a high class hotel, I guess. The expense of everything: one modest breakfast was $25.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The view of Boston and the harbor. The water taxi that was available right there.
Cons: Not enough tables outside with the fire tables
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location and the Harbor view from Room
Cons: Staff at reception was either new or borderline rude
Okay 5.6
I noticed when I checked I wasn't told anything (breakfast, lunch and dinner times, wifi, parking, etc), however other patrons were told
Excellent 9.2
Gorgeous and right on the water. But only use this for traveling in and out, it is 5 min from the airport but that is it. Nothing nearby. Restaurant is fine but expensive. So if you have an early or late flight it's great and otherwise head downtown.
Okay 4.0
Pros: It was clean and great area
Cons: Front desk person who checked me in was very unprofessional and I intentionally did not talk to her again when I had to ask a question. Very disappointed
Good 6.0
Pros: Clean. Restaurant.
Cons: Yes! Staff at front desk. Struggling to get my suitcases out door. No one lifted a finger to help me open door! I¿m a woman of 62!!!
Good 6.0
Pros: Good service , cleanliness not good they didn¿t clean the room very well. Th y didn¿t make the bed just throw the cover up like they did. Did clean th shower. They left there dirty towels after they came in to clean.
Cons: Read above
Good 6.0
Pros: Views
Cons: No amenities pay for everything
Okay 5.0
Pros: The front desk told me that you get $10 off restaurant if you go. I spent $-- and they never honored what they said. Then charged me a destination fee of $27 which they could explain what it was for. Never again.
Cons: old out dated no pool
Good 6.0
Cons: Shuttle bus, resort fee for nothing.
Okay 4.0
Pros: I am somewhat disappointed with all the staffs, I was treated unfairly. The front desk was too dark hard to see the staffs. They charged me with charges that were not disclosed at the time I made the reservation. Bottle of water cost 4.00, unheard of.
Cons: Few things.
Okay 4.0
Pros: The decor was very nice and the hotel is very well kept.
Cons: The shuttle driver was not very nice. Very passive aggressive towards me, for some reason. I don¿t know him, but he seemed to have something against me. Some of the dining staff seemed to not want to be bothered, also.
Good 6.0
Pros: The hotel was very decent and I would suggest people staying there. Don¿t expect there to be a free breakfast. There¿s still crutching the excuse of Covid
Cons: The advertisement said there was free breakfast. Covid is getting old as an excuse to provide no maid service or breakfast. False advertisement. We should get a credit for $30 for breakfast.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location
Cons: The walls are very thin. Our neighbors were up late and very loud while we were trying to sleep and get ready for an early flight. There¿s also no fridge in the room so we had no place to store leftovers from dinner.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Not very interesting interiors, but the views are amazing, its all about location.
Okay 5.0
Cons: Asked for nonsmoking room were put in a smoking room instead of moving us they sprayed something awful. No mini fridge. No restaurants within walking distance so stuck with hotel restaurant unless you take Uber. Not near public transportation. HARD bed.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Elevators were quick
Cons: The smell of pot,and I was put in a different hotel, not sure why
Good 6.0
Pros: The customer service was not up to par. I came in on the 17th earlier than my estimated arrival time. They pushed back my arrival time to the following day before making me lose a day of my three night stay. They were more interested in money .
Cons: Interested in making money instead of providing good customer service. This was my worst hotel experience in over 30 years.
Excellent 10.0
Very nice hotel and great location for the price.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Nice room
Cons: Restaurant and lounge were closed so no place to eat.
Good 6.0
Cons: Paid extra for harbor view. Room was on 3rd floor. Had a nice view of air conditioner and roof
Good 7.0
Pros: location
Cons: no
Poor 1.0
Pros: This is usually our go to in and out of Logan, we love the water taxis and the location.
Cons: The fire alarm went of at 3 am. Then again at 4:15 am. The staff made no offers of compensation or complementary anything to make up for the property’s system glitch. It really sucked.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The views, the outdoor patio for dining
Cons: $46 to park, $30 a person for a breakfast buffet that is the same quality as other hotels free breakfast, bathrooms need updating, can not hear airplanes from the nearby airport - but you can hear a kid whining about his brother using his toothbrush at 5a
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Amazing breakfast Front desk staff provided us with a voucher due to a delay in our room being ready Very nice concierge and front desk staff
Cons: Our room was not ready in time, and they were (I think) short a duvet when they were preparing it, so they put two flat sheets on the comforter instead of a duvet. This was a minor annoyance.
Okay 5.0
Pros: View of Boston
Cons: Expensive food
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: View from hotel is good apart from no water offered chargebal 4 USD per bottle no complimatry
Cons: Nothing like
Good 6.0
Pros: The room was noisy and it took 40 minutes to get a comforter to the room.
Cons: The room had paper thin walls
Good 7.4
Pros: Outstanding views of Boston.
Cons: Very pricey. Clock could not be reset and almost made me late for a meeting. TV channels kept losing signal.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Location next to airport
Cons: Reception tried to force me to pay extra for a room that was pre-paid, non-refundable. Bathroom was worn, dirty tiles in shower, old shower curtain. Definitely not up to Hyatt standards.
Okay 4.2
Pros: The location.
Cons: No microwave. No fridge. Peeling paint in bathroom. Wet carpet outside the bathroom causing an offensive aroma. Thankfully, it was a short trip. No redeeming value except its location.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The view
Cons: Well when I got there had problems with tv took a long time for them to get back to me. Slept horrible there was something wrong with Air kept making loud noise, so at 3 AM I had to shut it off it was so loud. I also wanted a glass of wine to relax in rm
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Convenience: Very close to the airport, yet windows are thick enough that I barely heard anything.
Cons: Additional cost: $46 dollars per night to park a car? Also, an additional $30 for a view of the city. I'm ok with the lesser of the two views, but wasn't happy with the $46 fee to park a car. It's not like the hotel is in downtown Boston !
Excellent 9.5
Spectacular views of Boston and Boston Harbor. Very comfortable rooms. The water taxi was the frosting on the cake.
Poor 1.0
Pros: It was close to the airport and had a shuttle to take us there in the morning.
Cons: The food and service at the lobby restaurant. The lid of the toilet would not stay up, the vent in the bathroom did not work, the tub did not drain while showering and we woke up to pungent smell of cigarette smoke at about 3am.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Not much
Cons: Parking ridiculous....over $40 for six hours. Unbelievable. Other hotels in the are have free parking!! Not helpful at front desk.
Excellent 8.7
clean, convenient
Excellent 8.8
Pros: location close to airport and good view of harbor. Staff.
Cons: Anything other than sleeping and Wifi is expensive: Breakfast $25/person, parking $44/night. Room rate was fine, extra costs painful. Would not stay again, unless extra costs lowered.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Very small No view No tub
Cons: We were lied to about parking. We were told we would be Givin a voucher to cover the parking expense across the street. The voucher was for $2. Parking was $36. We will never use your services again.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: The room and service were good in general.
Cons: No working desk was placed in room (the TV table has a surface and a chair but it is not comfortable to use as a working desk). Not enough outlets of electricity and USB were available to connect all of our phones, tablets and computers. The room is a bit overpriced for what it is. Place more vending and ice machines in every floor.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Excellent location for airport, lovely staff, Wonderful room.
Cons: The price
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nice and convenient place for an overnight layover. Easy access to the airport on the hotel shuttle.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: If you want to be close to the airport and not break the bank, this is the place to stay. There's a free shuttle that runs rather frequently. The front desk staff was very friendly and informative. The room is a bit outdated, especially the bathroom, but for the price it's what I expected. I would definitely stay here again.
Mediocre 2.8
Pros: clean hotel
Cons: Awful service. We were charged twice for one room and we are still waiting for the hotel to do something. Afyer they lasted about half an hour trying to find our reservation, they made a new one and charged twice after we stayed for only one night.
Good 7.7
Pros: Great staff, views, nice amenities. Nice alternative to downtown and Back Bay hotels.
Cons: Cabs to/from Back Bay, etc. can get pricey.
Good 6.2
Pros: Rooms were modern and clean. Views were great.
Cons: Parking situation was horrible. The cost was extremely high, and the process to get in and out of the parking lot was inefficient.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Extremely convenient to the airport and great shuttle service. Room was very clean and comfortable
Cons: Being extremely convenient to the airport, it was a hassle to get into town to do anything or eat anywhere other than the hotel.
Good 7.4
Pros: Great views of city and harbor. At the airport.
Cons: Very expensive. Restaurant is very pricey.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: View of airport and Boston Harbor Clean and comfortable
Cons: Expensive
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We chose the Hyatt on the Boston Harbor in order to drop off our rental car before catching our plane early the next morning. It is very close to Logan. The timing was perfect and we got a restful night's sleep before departing the next day. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Clean everywhere. Staff is top notch and friendly.
Cons: You get the best but you pay for it too.
Good 7.7
Pros: The view from the hotel is beyond words. The staff was great and very accommodating. Rooms were clean and beds are comfy and cozy.
Cons: I was booked for a Thursday & Friday at $249. Then, found out I would be able to be there Wednesday evening too. I was charged $525 for Wednesday night. Thought the hotel would've charged me the same rate as the other 2 nights and was a bit disappointed that they didn't so that was a drawback
Good 7.3
Pros: Comfortable. Easy water taxi to downtown waterfront.
Cons: City bus and subway not easily available. Water taxi ok in good weather only. Few options on eating.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Breakfast, expensive and poor
Good 7.0
Pros: The hotel was clean and the room was really spacious.
Cons: No water in the rooms, which is pet peeve for me. A free bottle of water for check-in guests is the least a property can offer. Also, there was a strange smell in the hallway.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We had a beautiful room overlooking the water. The room was very spacious. We were totally satisfied with the hotel.
Cons: The mini bar is still locked up tight due to COVID.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The quality of the rooms - space, layout and bedding. We had adjoining rooms and they worked seamlessly.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Rooms are very comfortable.
Cons: While the sheets were clean, there were crumbs in the seating area of room upon arrival. Also, other nearby hotels take noticeable measures to ensure cleanliness during Covid such as wrapping (and replacing) remotes and glassware and spotless bathrooms.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I got my money's worth. Great hotel. Great location.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Double queen room spacious enough for 4 adults. Microwave and fridge provided upon request. Easily walkable to North End, Chinatown, Boston Common, Seaport and South Station. AC was cold enough, and you can open windows too. Comfy bed. Good closet space.
Excellent 9.0

Cons: Parking was expensive. Restaurant was slightly under staffed.
Good 7.0
Pros: Great location, front desk/concierge couldn't have been more helpful. Very nice room and bath.
Cons: Limited hours for bar and restaurant,4-10pm aprox.Breakfast in restaurant only; no room service. Nice to have a nightcap before turning in; wasn't an option. In fairness, these perceived shortcomings are probably covid related. Will try it again, not soon
Good 6.0
Pros: Staff
Cons: No bar until 4pm
Okay 5.0
Pros: It doesn¿t have the feeling of a 5 stars hotels with front desk or room , I got lost and I wasn¿t the only one I found other people trying to figure out where the elevators were in the floor
Cons: Not clear signs
Poor 1.0
Pros: The Location and quality of facilities. The burgers were great!
Cons: Let me count the ways.Could not reach any staff from room for entire stay! Had tor go downstairs to fix problems. Felt uncertain to use bedding that had no sheet layer like the civilized world. Therefore had to get more sheets and make own bed to sleep in
Okay 5.0
Pros: location on the Harborwalk. Room size and bath size are fantastic. Tons of storage and electric outlets. server in Cafe is very nice. Lobby is huge and has lots of comfortable seating.
Cons: When you look out the windows right up to a glass office building who look right back at you. Breakfast buffet is $28 per person for below average food, no pastry, no muffins, no condiments for the eggs. Rumba bar has very limited hours.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The lobby smelled really nice. It had a good location.
Cons: We could not check in right on time as the maintenance staff was fixing a non-draining sink. Then, there was a pair of used underwear that we discovered in our couch cushions. The new room had food crumbs and a non-draining sink :(
Good 7.0
Pros: Staff was professional, helpful and upbeat. Especially cleaning lady. Parking in house was convenient. Valet guys were can do. No exceptions. Great staff
Cons: For the cost perhaps TWO robes and a couple waters. Breakfast was basic if plentiful Front facing rooms forced to experience all the small appendage guys redlining their super cars late into the night. Maybe add white noise machines in those rooms.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Everything! No water bottles, no mini fridge, only 1 mini shampoo for 2 people, the pool and spa were closed and they don¿t mention that on their website, poor staff service, the bed sheets smelled like hospital sheets, the shower glass was dirty.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location.
Cons: Self service with suitcases checking in. No daily maid service unless requested. Limited restaurant hours.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location and view from our room
Cons: For an upscale hotel, the bathroom towels are pretty thin. Also, no top sheet on bed separating you from the comforter.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Everything was wonderful except the one staff that I called to help with my bill
Cons: There was a charge on my bill that I didn¿t understand. I called multiple times without being able to get thru. When I finally did the staff was brusque and not willing to help. All of the other staff was wonderful along with my stay.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Clean
Cons: No room service or lobby cafe, no smart TVs, no movies
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location and bathroom
Cons: Paying for valet with no valet service, no bell service. No bottles of water for the rooms, sheets were straight out of the package never washed extremely rough. Service was horrible
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location
Cons: I am so disappointed in this 4star hotel. It didnt feel clean or updated. The resturant server touched the rims of drinking glasses. There were outdated&unusable phones in the room. The shower door didnt close. There's poor lighting and dirty sheets.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The body wash smelled nice.
Cons: This was the most disappointing and frustrating star hotel I've ever stayed at. They don't offer room service or an in room fridge "because if covid", yet will happily allow someone to sit in your car, touch your steering wheel and charge you to park.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The front desk girl was kind.
Cons: There were no amenities in this hotel and they blame boston covid restrictions even though other hotels have these basic amenities open; in-room fridge, hotel pool, hotel bar, room service. This hotel offers almost no reasons to stay here.
Okay 4.4
The first room they gave us had dirt in the bath tub, and food stuck into the carpet. There was some white powdery stuff all over the drawers, and it genuinely didn’t seem as though they cleaned the room at all. The second room we got was a lot better, but there was still white powdery stuff all over the drawers. Neither of the fridges were clean, they had dried food in them. Would not reccomend. For a nice hotel it should’ve been clean.
Okay 4.0
Pros: The Breakfast.
Cons: We did not have access to the refrigerator which was advertised on here that it was available in our room. The room I stayed in had a big stain on the rug. The hotel in itself was shut down no pool restaurant besides breakfast.
Good 6.0
Pros: The soaking tub and the location.
Cons: Beds were uncomfortable. It was loud in the hallways. I’ve had better experiences at this hotel in previous visits but probably wouldn’t go back now.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Especially important during COVID is cleanliness. The water in the bathtub and the sink ran brown for multiple minutes with rust and particles of dirt leaving us knowing the room hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The bed linens didnââ
Cons: Especially important during COVID is cleanliness. The water in the bathtub and the sink ran brown for multiple minutes with rust and particles of dirt leaving us knowing the room hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The bed linens didnââ
Okay 4.0
Pros: Clean, location
Cons: The room. It was an awkward set up. This was definitely NOT a 5 star hotel. We were very disappointed. Had no amenities. We went to the hotel next door for breakfast!
Good 6.0
Pros: The room and staff were excellent.
Cons: We did not realize when booking, the pool, spa and restaurants were closed.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Amenities not available due to Trump virus
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Bed was very comfortable. They allow dogs. Right on the water. Beautiful view.
Cons: The parking situation. For the cost of the hotel the parking should be majorly discounted if not free.
Poor 1.0
Cons: Spa and Fitness facilities were closed and there was no mention on website.
Good 7.0
Pros: The location. It was on the harbor and had beautiful views and the walking distance to other points of interest was doable. The bathrooms were especially nice and big.
Cons: I’ve been in much nicer hotels with lower star ratings. The room was nothing special and the view from my room was a roof top. If I looked to my left I could see some other buildings.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location& staff
Cons: Tub drain didn't work
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Tired hotel. Lobby full of very noisy guests. Room was filthy. Bathroom stained tile floors. No hotel car. This is NOT even close to a five star hotel by anyone's standards. I would rate the hotel as three stars with caveats at that.
Good 7.4
Pros: Club lounge and room were great
Cons: Outdated hotel for these prices.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Ease of Everything. Literally the easiest most helpful check-in experience of my entire life. I've experienced enough VIP check-ins in many places. And this was a bind best price for value internet purchase. I'd never stay anywhere else.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Very very tired for a five star hotel. Needs a major overhaul.
Excellent 8.4
great experience and hotel was close to all scenic sites
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location! We were able to walk to many local attractions and restaurants. The hotel room and bathroom were quite spacious. We had 4 adults in one room since one of our sons lives in the building next door. We figured we would be at his apartment most of the time and wanted to save on rooms. There was plenty of room to move around even with all the luggage. The queen size beds were much appreciated by all and the large bathroom with separate tub and shower never felt crowded. We loved the back lawn area overlooking the water. We sat out there and had cocktails and played a game of corn hole/bags with our sons.
Excellent 10.0
I stayed here for 6 nights for the Boston Marathon. Hotel is very modern and is situated right on the water. I was lucky to get a corner room and it was massive! Huge bathroom which had a separate shower and bathtub. I also found the hotel staff extremely helpful and friendly. I did not eat at any of the restaurants but I did have room service which I found to be really tasty and I did not have to wait too long for it. Location is along the water down near the financial district of Boston. It is about a 10 min walk to Quincy markets where I found some great food to eat in prep for my marathon. Boston Public Markets are close by to Quincy markets where again there are great food options. For those staying here for the Boston Marathon. It is about a 1 mile walk to Boston common which is where you catch the bus to the start line and the finish line is about a mile and a half. The walk is actually OK to do. Or you can catch the subway as South Street station is very close to the hotel. Purely from a personal opinion I prefer to stay near Copley Square as I find there is always loads to do in that area. Since the Intercontinental is near the financial district a lot of shops/cafes/restaurants are closed on the weekend. (please note that there are still good options open on the weekend just wanted to point out that the financial district can be quiet on the weekend). But for the marathon I did find Copley Square area to be very crowded, so think staying at the Intercontinental was a good choice this time. Boston overall is a lovely city and is quite compact so wherever you choose to stay you will be able to easily get around.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The hotel was beautiful and the beds fabulous. The best part of our amazing stay was the service. Jerry at the front desk and Steve, the concierge, went above and beyond to treat me, my daughter and two grandsons to a memorable introduction to Boston including sightseeing, public transportation, wonderful restaurants. I have visited world class hotels all my life and never experienced this level of caring and guidance. Bravo!!!
Cons: The price!!!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was a much nicer hotel than I expected for the money I paid. We were traveling with two children and had no problems. Everyone, especially the concierge was friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Quincy Market and the Aquarium. The Italian North end is just a little further. Great overall experience.
Cons: The only downside was the parking at the hotel was extremely expensive and was valet only. I'm sure there were other less expensive options nearby, but we didn't want the hassle of driving around the city with two crabby kids in the car.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The customer service was outstanding! So professional and attentive. Can't wait to go back!
Cons: I can't say anything but great things .
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Staff very helpful
Cons: Considering the cost of the 3 rooms (we had a family group of 9), I would expect a complimentary abbreviated breakfast offering. I walked down the street for coffee.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: The room was very nicely designed, the bed comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and clean. Big windows make it light. Breakfast was included and coffee provided. In the common areas is a really good espresso/latte/coffee maker. The hotel offers free bicycles which was absolutely awesome.
Cons: The room felt cold and the heat did not really turn up, just cool or less cool air blowing out of the heater (yes, it was on heat not AC setting). The couch looked pretty used with a whole in the cushion. I assume due to covid there was no room cleaning service, but we were not informed about it. Breakfast was okay, but choices extremely limited during the week.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: walking distance to a lot of places.
Cons: no meat for breakfast menu. it was good though just lots of carbs.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great location, and the room was very nice.
Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was subpar (but free so what can you expect, I suppose), and the staff was not overly friendly.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Like an apartment and very comfortable
Cons: Parking fee
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great service and very accommodating staff!
Cons: No.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: So clean and updated. Bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast good. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Customer service was great.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The kitchenette in the room was wonderful, we didn't need to cook as our stay was short but I loved the concept that if I chose to make my own meals I could do so easily. Staff was attentive and very nice overall. Everything was clean.
Cons: Website mentions a buffet breakfast. A person making eggs with avocado & 1/2 english muffin and not every day. Definitely not a buffet. Some bagels and yogurt not much else. Reason for choosing this place was included buffet breakfast, disappointed.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: From the time we walked in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room did not have any washcloths. We called the front desk and a staff member brought them to our room immediately.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Plentiful street parking, the room layout made for the perfect studio space for up to 4, bike rentals, incredibly friendly staff! Because of the pandemic a couple of things were modified like free breakfast (grab & go) and the pool (reservation required).
Cons: Very typical hotel stuff: a stained duvet and the window with the knob doesn't actually open. Neither were deal-breakers, but they're worth mentioning.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Staff was friendly and accommodating. Easy parking. Very clean rooms. Very easy to use the pool and even was able to have it several times all by ourselves.
Cons: Have to walk to many places to eat, about 10-15 minute walk for food. Fine with me, my kids were tired of walking after a while.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I loved the pool and desginated times slots. The hotel was clean and well located. Its right next to the "Lawn on D". Staff was great!
Cons: I wish the parking was less $ or free (ideal for this location) the breakfast was eh
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean and well stocked. A full size refrigerator, dishwasher, Syosset stove top and supplies. A lot packed into a room but not crowded at all. Spacious and streamlined.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I like the concept to have space for meal in the kitchen in room, especially on the time of pandemic, when dining out is difficult. Very confortable space, for work and relax, as important, the bed good quality. Easy distance from downtown.
Cons: Location of the Parking, not really convenient, Especially in bad weather
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: There were no cups, coffee machine didn't work and there were no bibles
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean and spacious rooms.
Cons: No.
Good 7.6
My husband and 5 year spent a night here for a day trip to Boston. We stayed in a King studio, was great for the price. Also my older son decided to go at the last minute but this hotel was sold out, we managed to find him a room at Aloft. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that both hotels are directly across the street from one another!! Literally across the street!
Good 6.0
Cons: Price
Good 7.0
Pros: I liked the fact it was clean
Cons: Yes, I was charged like almost a $---for a total of a 3 night stay wheh the price of one night was $--
Okay 5.0
Pros: The size of the room
Cons: The bed was horrible. So hard too much at the next day I wake up with a horrible body pain. The smell of the sheets was horrible too.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Unfortunately we could only spend enough time to sleep and get ready to go again. Very comfortable, beautiful tv, and shower was top rated. Lovely hotel, clean & well kept. Breakfast was amazing and presented beautifully.
Cons: Parking fee of $25 unexpected--which was probably my fault for not researching.
Excellent 8.5
The hotel was really nice and had all the features you look for in a great hotel. Restaurants, bars, sitting areas, great views just to name a few that I enjoyed. Being such a large hotel it was sometimes difficult to get answers to some quick questions. You have to wait in line behind the people checking in. Possibly have someone to be a guide or just answer questions.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Nice location, comfy rooms, friendly staff. Easy to get into Boston downtown.
Cons: Parking situation was slightly difficult but the staff helped nicely.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The layout of the room was great and spacious. Having a full kitchen was cool, though we never used it. Having the pull out sleeper sofa was useful and comfortable. Also the tvs in the room were newer and had good picture and sound. The shower was nice and hot.
Cons: There are these little square seats that have castor wheels on the bottom for easy movement, but the wheels were broken off on a couple of them. While the water was hot the water pressure was lackluster. Lastly the switches to control the lights seemed to be wired incorrectly, we plaued with the switches and they seemed to control nothing or something across the room that didn't really make sense.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hotel and staff were great, very quick with following up the couple times we called down to the front desk. Area is quiet, very close to convention center. Room was spacious, easily accommodated the three of us. Easy walking access to wherever you could want to go.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: the room was huge, well equipped, and spotless. 24-hour shuttle to the airport.

Cons: There was nothing I did not like.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the service and the play was very clean.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfect location to the airport and had a free shuttle!
Cons: Hate that they still want you to wear a mask.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Shuttle.
Cons: No.
Good 6.0
Pros: The breakfast was fantastic.
Cons: Valet parking ($60) required. No self parking on-site.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Free shuttle, close to the airport, clean, comfortable room with space to work. The price was perfect.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location. The front desk people were great.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Mandatory $60.00 charge for car parking for 1 night. NOT disclosed at time of booking.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The cleanliness The location The breakfast
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The proximity to the airport and car rentals. The layout of the room. The breakfast was delicious. Shuttle service to and from the airport. Helpful staff.
Cons: We did not enjoy wearing a mask indoors.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nice and clean room, with a separate bedroom. Some guest stay up later, some go to sleep. Proximity to BOS Logan was great - shuttle service was great too.
Cons: The fire alarm started blaring in our room at 8:30 AM shooing us out of the room. Non-smokers, no reason! WHY??? Also, for a Boston hotel, we were very disappointed that the Red Sox were playing in ALCS but not televised in the room!!
Excellent 10.0
Check in was quick and easy, the lovely woman who checked us in was polite, informative, and organized, the room was immaculate, the airport shuttle was easy to use, absolutely perfect stay!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was excellent
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Close to airport, shuttle bus to the train station, bar open and happiness, breakfast buffet
Cons: nothing close by for alcohol, after bar closes
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was quite good, polite staff. Valet parking was too expensive. Within walking distance of restaurants and historic sites, freedom trail etc.
Cons: No mostly, but the parking could have been better and less expensive.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff were very welcoming and professional. Entire facility was pristine clean. Free hot breakfast available at 6 AM. Proximity to airport with free shuttle.
Cons: Lack of space to park briefly to check in/drop off luggage. This location is fantastic if all you want is to be next to airport with free shuttle but no restaurants or sightseeing activities to walk to.
Excellent 10.0
This Embassy Suites was great for what we needed-close to rental car depot, airport & public transportation. Check in with Agoda confirm number went perfectly. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and competent. Airport shuttle operated exactly as promised. Hotel restaurant and bar is a perk when arriving late at night. Room was clean, quite and comfortable. Thankful to have had a place to stay after Hurricane Henri!
Excellent 10.0
We needed a place to stay overnight to catch the early flight out of Boston, and I can only say, I wish I could have stayed longer at this hotel . It was wonderful !
Excellent 10.0
We had to stay in Boston one night because our connecting flight didn’t leave until the next day. The room was outstanding: large, clean, firm bed, close to airport, staff helpful. Yes, we would stay there again!
Good 7.6
2 room suite was comfortable.
Good 6.0
Pros: wasn't all that for the $--- i was charged but anyways it was cozy ! i enjoyed it !
Cons: items in the room need fixture ! and the supervisor for the room needed to inspect the room properly !
Okay 4.4
Unimpressive. Crumbs in bathroom floor, leafy feet very dirty. Shower curtain filthy with black smudges on bottom and blood spots on top. Dirty marks on wall under the tv, perhaps blood. Ac was failing. Ceiling was falling apart at the seams. Very dirty.
Okay 5.0
Cons: Check in staff was not friendly.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Spacious and clean 2-room suite with plenty of comfortable chairs. Also plenty of lights providing plenty of light, far more than most hotels and much appreciated. Covid restrictions were still in effect, so breakfast was constrained considerably. Under the circumstances it was as good as could be expected. The hotel provides a box for you to take your breakfast with you if you must get to the airport early. The hotel is across from a large city park and also is close to several excellent Italian restaurants in East Boston (one of the traditional Italian communities of the city). The hotel provides good shuttle service to and from the airport.
Cons: Not enough towel bars in the bathroom to hang towels in use, a minor inconvenience.
Good 7.9
Breakfast in a box
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: Staff was not friendly and surly. Hotel was not that clean. Free breakfast was an insult.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Close to airport shuttle good
Cons: Yes we are in COVID and I went to use phone in bedroom I had a suite and the phone in bedroom didn¿t work so I moved the nightstand and I found a makeup back on the side. It was was clear to me housekeeping staff didn¿t move furniture when vacuume
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The location is perfect. The hotel is literally right next to the airport and it¿s close to downtown Boston.
Cons: The front desk lady was not friendly at all. When asked if I can get a late check out bc our neighbor kept us up due to a party they were having, she seemed like she didn¿t believe me and said no. Only 1 elevator was working.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The room was spacious and had a separation for the bedroom and the living room. I also liked that it was close to the airport
Cons: The tub was dirty with hair in it, and they said they did not have anyone to come and clean it. There were not enough towels and when I asked for more I was told to that they did not have any. Staff was not helpful. Construction was going on in the hotel.
Okay 5.0
Pros: I like the room
Cons: There was construction going on and it was loud in the morning and check out early the women at the front desk was not happy didn’t t want to answer question rolled her eyes a couple of times she was just very unpleasant
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location.
Cons: The place is virtually empty and they put me on a floor where they were doing construction....in the room right next fo mine! I asked for a late check as zkme sort of compensation but they played the covid card. They were cold and apathetic. Not happy!
Excellent 9.6
very clean and spacious room friendly and welcoming staff very good price perfect location to get to the airport but no free parking on site (expensive parking) did hear noise from neighbouring room
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Beds were comfortable
Cons: Site said pool and spa were shut when EVERYTHING is actually shut down.. valet is not optional and an extra 55 a night..my daughter was given a cold bagel for bfast with no means in the hotel to toast it and housekeeping never in 3 days replenished towels
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location
Cons: $50 per night parking. Outrageous I will not return.
Good 6.0
Pros: Adjacency to airport with shuttlebus
Cons: This was not the "typical" embassy suites with the multi-level inside atrium that is always enjoyable to be in ( i.e. the Cumbus OH embassy suites. That place was awesome!) This seemed like a previous hotel that embassy suites just took over.
Excellent 9.1
Good room size and breakfast is included. Service are excellent n location is good.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Nice and clean, close to the airport, decent connections to downtown (depending on traffic in the tunnel), generally friendly staff, fine pool and fitness center. No airport noise.
Cons: Breakfast fine, better than budget hotels, but a little slacking relative to Embassy Suites standards. Same goes for daily manager receptions. Floor in breakfast room a little sticky from time to time.
Good 6.0
Pros: Proximity to Logan airport and train station, morning breakfast and evening hors d-oeuvres, and free airport shutttle.
Cons: The view from our room was of the inside hotel lobby (not desireable). The air conditioner in our room was very noisy (had to wear earplugs to drown out) and did not cool well (had to request to have it serviced).
Okay 5.0
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Sink did not drain. Tried to double charge for room. $50 for parking.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great breakfast and happy hour !
Okay 5.0
Pros: Breakfast was included
Cons: I'm not sure what was going on during my stay but there was constant loud banging going on outside for long periods of time at night. Woke my up on night one and kept me up!! Did not get a relaxing night sleep while there.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: The staff was amazing. From the bellboy to the reception staff, I found that they were all courteous, friendly and very genuinely helpful. Gaby, over in reception, deserves special praise for going out of her way to help two stranded women who had no food and could not speak English. She ensured that the women were given something to eat, and made sure they were settled into their rooms and were comfortable. I was there at the reception area and I saw all this happen. Amazing staff!
Cons: The room had a whining and loud air conditioner which made grinding noises through out the night. The result was a sleepless night and that was not a good start to a full day of business meetings. This was absolutely ridiculous!
Poor 1.0
Cons: The Power went out for 4 hours in the hotel. All buildings around us still had power. Hotel staff was very unaccomodating.
Good 6.0
Pros: The breakfast and the shuttle service, we were able to eat a complimentary filling meal and we got to the airport with time to spare. No waiting at all for a roomy ride to the airport.
Cons: The street signs and ease of travel in Boston are the worst I have ever experienced. If you miss a turn for the hotel, you are screwed. Google takes you to the backside of the hotel with no entrance, it is hard to get to the front due to one way streets.
Okay 5.0
Pros: It was easy to leave.
Cons: Hard to get to if not familiar with the airport. Our room was too cold. Our daughter's was too hot. I expected a lot more for the price!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room was clean and breakfast was very good.
Cons: Price was high
Good 7.0
Pros: service, location near the metro, room
Cons: shuttle, on the way to the airport, the shuttle service left us in the lower level (arrivals), so you have to cross the street, then find a way up to go to Departures with bags and family!! a shuttle always leaves you at the righ door on the right level!
Good 7.0
Cons: uber could not find it
Excellent 8.0
Pros: this hotel is somewhat close to the airport...
Cons: I found the hotel a bit dated and not in line with other Embassy Suites hotels we have stayed at
Good 7.7
Pros: Very close to T
Cons: Little decorations. Construction in dining area
Okay 4.2
Pros: Proximity to the airport.
Cons: One shuttle? Really? As expensive as this hotel is and with its position at Logan it should have two shuttles running simultaneously. Beware if you are a business traveler and have an early flight: it could be faster to walk to Terminal A. And don't ask the snarky guy at the front desk where the shuttle is. He'll just shrug his shoulders and offer to call you a cab. Waited 30 mins yesterday and without Sky Priority and PreCheck I would have missed my flight.
Okay 4.0
Pros: nice room
Cons: Registration staff was surly and unhelpful. Breakfast ended too early.
Good 7.4
Pros: Like the complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle
Cons: It's a bit overpriced, but hotels in Boston seem to be in general. Also it's not very convenient to the city center. About a 20 minute cab ride.
Good 6.2
Cons: I checked in at 2am and the fire alarm went off on my floor at 5 and lasted until about 6am and I had to leave at 8am. Not much sleep but did move my room after I requested it and discounted my 2nd night
Good 6.0
Cons: Parking charge
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: dont like
Cons: Don't like
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Easy access to airport and metro. About a 5 minute walk to metro thru a sports complex park. Downtown Boston 2 stops away. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of items.
Cons: Can't find anything to say.
Good 6.0
Pros: The first room I was put in was a handicapped room and terrible. I had them move me into another room which met all my expectations. It was lovely, clean, and comfortable. They did that with no issues, so I was very pleased with the outcome.
Cons: The first room I was put in was a handicapped room. Ugly, lacking many comforts and very old and ragged looking. Plus it had a leaky faucet in the bathroom. I did go down to the main desk to request to be moved. They did so with no issues.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The Cleanning and shuttle service staff are amazing. Wonderful happy people, very customer service oriented. They would do everything in their hands, and even more, to make your staying magical! Totally opposite to managers and front desk staff.
Cons: 1. Room 2. My check in (Manager-in turn) service, rude, not willing to meet my request for space/ accommodation (not even half way), threatening (if I use Facebook), no mercy (asked me and 3 children to leave hotel at midnight for having complained).
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Nearly everything; Especially the breakfast!
Cons: There was one shuttle driver who got into a shouting/honking match with a person directlng traffic at the airport. Extremely uncalled for and unprofessional. But that was just one driver. Others were fine.
Okay 5.7
Pros: location convenient shuttle to/from airport
Cons: roach on bathroom wall
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Embassy Suites at Logan was a very pleasant surprise. Everyone was very friendlyg and accomodating. Breakfast was very good and the airport shuttle drivers were very courteous and helpful. We arrived late after a long flight from Europe and the front desk was able to accomodate my request to switch from a king room to one with two beds which better suited our family. I would stay here again and thought it was an excellent value.
Good 7.7
Pros: Nice suite rooms. Great friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent with omelets made to order. Their free shuttles are a great advantage also.
Cons: The location is literally across the street from the airport, but far from everything else. There is a close subway station and downtown is only a few stops away. The workout, pool/hot tub facilities are clean but outdated. They look like something you would find at a cheap gym. Also, i HATE that hotels still charge for WIFI, especially crappy WIFI. Are you joking? This place as two internet options, $14.99/day for slow and $9.99/day for really slow. It really is a joke.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfy King suite, great breakfast including the made-to-order omelets! The staff was very helpful. When my son knocked over his root beer and my beer, they replaced both free of charge. The chicken finger basket appetizer had a great pile of chicken - more than the two of us could eat, and our salads were big and delicious.
Cons: Bathroom light didn't light the shower area well. The dining area was a bit drafty. The chill could not have been too much air conditioning since it was December.
Good 6.5
Pros: Rate and friendly staff, especially valet and reception staff. The guy making omelets on Sunday was real nice.
Cons: This hotel, as it seems with most Hilton properties are run so inefficiently. The bright lights on always on in all public locations, rather than have them sensor controlled. Hilton needs to learn from their European hotels. Dirty glasses were not replaced during daily servicing. Poor insulating allowing noise from adjacent suites.
Okay 5.7
Cons: Even though it lists parking, it costs $35! Not worth it....
Good 7.6
Cons: Free WiFi should be regarded as an essential for all customers.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location and ease to walk to from airport after a long flight.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location. I left my room at 4:30a to get to the flight. I was delivered to my airline, checked my bag, went through TSA Precheck and was at my gate by 4:50a. Wow!
Cons: The food from the pub wasn't very good. I ordered a pizza because everything else was above my expense allowance. The pizza wasn't cooked and didn't really have a taste other than cardboard. Very, disappointing. I went hungry that night.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The hotel is very well located to the airport. It was a relief not to have to travel to get to my terminal. In fact, the shuttle bus picked us up on time and delivered us to our terminal a few minutes later.
Cons: The extensive carpets in the lobby and surrounding areas make it an exhausting endeavor to pull our heavy suitcases through. I wish the floors were hard: it would make it much easier for travelers coming from the terminal.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location inside ta very nice mall
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location
Cons: How far room was from elevator
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It is a nice hotel close to Logan. At 3:15 am, I took the shuttle to terminal A and it took me 5 minutes to arrive. The room was clean and very nice but not quiet.
Cons: Personnel was not as nice as I expected. I had three suitcases and it was hard to take them to my room by myself. everything else was okay for such a short stay.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Sound proofed - didn't hear a plane EVER. Very Clean, comfortable.
Cons: Had to go to front desk 3 times at 4:30 in the morning because my room key didn't work. No phone numbers listed anywhere to easily contact front desk, so had to make that trip from 5th floor each time, etc etc etc. Not a great way to start the day after taking family to airport at 4 in the morning. No phone number to call the in hotel restaurant. Seemed strange that we had to go down to restaurant to place our "take out" order.
Good 7.0
Pros: proximity to airport and comfortable beds
Cons: the pool area was not very clean and cost of parking was outrageous. at the very least, there should be short term parking to check into room before determining what to do with vehicle.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The lobby was so pretty, and every single staff person that we interacted with was fantastic! Also loved the viewing area on the 6th floor. The bedding was really nice and comfy :)
Cons: There were no tissues in our bathroom and not enough teas in our room, but other than that, everything was great.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Quite room
Cons: No microwave, my hubby loves his fresh popcorn at night
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location. Walkway to airport. Helps when you have to catch 5:30 am flight.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I checked in very early for my room, about 11 am and the hotel staff could not have been more accommodating and I was immediately permitted to check in and my run was ready and in excellent condition.
Cons: I didn't like that the Wi-Fi was not complementary.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean , convenient, friendly staff
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Proximity to airport, gym, airport shuttle
Cons: No
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Convenient to airport terminal 1
Cons: Room overlooked a roof and parking garage, no view. Temperature would not stabilize. Was either too warm or too cold.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location
Cons: No refrig in room, no breakfast for early travelers, no room service when on website they had. No mention of how long skywalk was for older folks
Excellent 8.8
very close to the airport clean
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location.
Cons: The room was not as clean as I am used to with Hilton properties. There was mold in the bathtub. There wasn't even an extra chair to put stuff on in the room. The bed was, however, as comfortable as always.
Good 6.0
Pros: Close to the airport but you¿re on your own here. No one asked if we needed help . Just assumed we always stay there.
Cons: Basic room with no frills. I called to get some tea bags because my husband can¿t have caffeine, the guy who answered the phone practically yelled at me. They did bring ONE tea bag. For the price you pay, I¿d stay somewhere else next time.
Excellent 10.0
I've never stayed at an airport hotel out of reluctancy, however this place was about as convenient as convenient could be. I basically rolled out of bed into the terminal. Would 100% recommend and will book again.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Other than location to the airport, the Hilton ailed. No staff. Long line with only one desk attendant checking visitors into rooms. No information provided on room service. Room phone disabled unable to use it. Only restaurant in hotel has terrible food.
Cons: See above
Excellent 8.4
This is a Hilton hotel, so the rooms are very nice, but the restaurants at the hotel are lacking. It is a very large hotel with one very small restaurant for the size of the hotel, and there are no other options. Like everywhere, COVID has impacted this hotel, and I felt very sorry for the overworked staff. Even without COVID, the dining options are too limited for a hotel this size.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Nice room, comfy bed
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
It was wonderful being able to take a 2 min walk through the airport terminal to the hotel after a long flight. (There is a also a shuttle if preferred.) Very quiet, comfortable and restful night so we could start our trip refreshed. Wonderful views of downtown and the water.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The lobby
Cons: I immediately parked in the lot when I arrived that cost 50+ dollars I also discovered the valet parking on site 24 hours later for $58 These methods added a lot of money to my $--- per night room. Most hotels have free parking. I had no idea.
Poor 1.0
Pros: It was close to the airport.
Cons: It was wayyy overpriced, but I needed a close place to stay. I think they knew that in general.
Excellent 9.6
Definitely worth the money to be right at the airport for an early morning flight. And we never heard a plane!
Okay 5.0
Cons: Parking charges $50/ night
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Proximity to airport; size of room
Cons: When you pull up covers and notice a BLOOD STAIN on the comforter, the whole experience becomes appalling. Front desk said they would bring another comforter, then called back saying they had no extras. ¿Man saying he was security was RUDE/defensive
Okay 5.0
Pros: Proximity to airport
Cons: Room was not clean, a lot hair in the bathroom. Departed at 2:15 am, staff too busy talking to assist me and I was ignored. Some excellent staff members that made my experience better.
Good 7.0
Pros: It was clean. I liked that it is attached to the airport as well. Made leaving the next day easy.
Cons: My fridge wasn¿t working. didn¿t know when I put food in there. The next day it was warm so I couldnt eat it. bought the food from the hotel cafe, it was expensive. Told the front desk when I checked out. Someone was suppose to refund my money but
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The Restaurant
Cons: Tiny room with minimal closet space. Also, shower head was broken in the room. It was brought to the attention of housekeeping. Very noisy with paper thin walls. I could hear people talking. Very sleepless night due to lots of hallway activity. I will not
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The greeting staff were great, helpful, friendly & kind. I had a very early flight, I was promised that I would get a wake up call, or they would come to the room and knock on the door. THEY DID NEITHER & WERE THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY RUDE! Very STRESSFUL.
Cons: The rude attitude of the early morning front desk staff. I was even asked 4 times if everything was out of my room...I ANSWERED YES 4 TIMES while on my portable oxygen and in a wheel chair. UNREAL...never again!
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location- so close to Logan.
Cons: I was given a handicap accessible room which had a connecting door to next room which was not very private. Could easily hear tv and neighbors conversations.
Excellent 8.4
If you need to spend a night or two in Boston close the airport then this is your hotel. It also looks like it’s set up for conventions events and even weddings. I’m not sure if it would be a good place for tourists to go because it is isolated on the airport grounds. if you were just staying sleeping there and traveling around the city might not be a bad option because it certainly more affordable than the hotels in the city of Boston itself.
Good 7.0
Pros: Spacious, comfortable room that provides easy access to the airport
Cons: Signage at the airport terminal directing walkers to the hotel could be better; the walk from terminal E is a bit convoluted; difficult to reach hotel late at night to arrange pickup.
Good 6.0
Cons: Hotel charges for WiFi and there is no free parking
Good 7.6
Is this a Hilton thing that there is no free WiFi or am I missing something? Otherwise, worth it for a long layover. Easy to get to and from the airport - free shuttle and big, clean rooms.
Good 7.0
Cons: They overcharged me for parking and were supposed to ccredit me back but instead took more out on my card, so now I have to fight with them
Good 7.0
Pros: The proximity to the airport
Cons: Our only complaint is the lack of outside services available at the location. No restaurant/delivery service delivered food to the hotel. Uber/Lift ride- no drivers found!
Excellent 10.0
The hotel was very comfortable- the bed and pillows perfect. There is a coffee bar in the lobby that serves Starbucks coffee. The staff was all very nice
Poor 1.0
Pros: I didn’t stay there because of a blizzard and they charged me full price anyway. Partial refund would have been nice
Cons: See above
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location
Cons: The mini fridge kept making a buzzing noise, which prevented a good night sleep
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location at airport great. Unfortunately shuttle only goes twice an hour.
Cons: Food options terrible.
Good 7.0
Pros: The location of this hotel is perfect. Easy walking access from terminal.
Cons: The room was not clean, particularly the bathroom. Hair on floor, toilet and shower not clean.
Okay 4.0
Cons: Water and bathroom tub were dirty, and there were no bathroom fans. Wifi was also not working for the entirety of my stay.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Met all pur expectations
Poor 1.0
Pros: the maintenance man
Cons: Very slow shuttle. We waited over 25 minutes. ( dispatcher thought we'd been picked up....lucky I called again) check in could not find our reservation. No tv initially, no internet, and broken phone.,
Okay 5.0
Pros: The hotel appears to be nice
Cons: Was not satisfied with service I’ve had trouble using almost every amenity And the staff didn’t seem too eager to help at all
Mediocre 3.4
Pros: No
Cons: Bad service
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I was able to check-in online and receive an "electronic key" on my phone, allowing me to completely bypass the front desk. The room was quite clean, and we were able to sleep like a dream on the bed. The major benefit was being able to walk to the terminal, and not wait for a shuttle bus. (My experience with shuttle buses at Logan is horrible!)
Cons: While being able to walk is a major "plus," it is still a bit of a walk, so a moving-walkway would be a big improvement.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Very convenient from terminals A and E via bridge.
Cons: There was no security in the hotel. There were people not staying in the hotel coming into the hotel from the bridge access and cleaning up in the restrooms near the meeting rooms. There was no requirement for access to the room floors with the room key.
Good 6.0
Pros: Shuttle service
Cons: My first room was old and dated. Thankfully I was switched to a more updated room.
Excellent 8.7
good experience. very convenient and accessible. rooms are very spacious and clean
Good 7.7
Pros: The only hotel that is truly connected to (physically within) Logan Airport. The ability to walk from the hotel directly into Terminal A, which is primarily for Delta (or E, which is for international flights) is exceptional. Less than 10 minutes without having to go outside. Easy access via Uber to excellent local restaurants. Hotel shuttle to the T’s Blue Line for easy subway access into Boston downtown.
Cons: The hotel rooms are getting a bit tired. Attention to detail could be better. We were on Floor 6. Ice machine did not work on Floors 6 or 5. Not inexpensive, but then again that can be said for Boston hotels generally.
Excellent 8.2
The room is large
Excellent 8.2
Pros: The people of the Logan Airport Hilton were excellent! The valets were very helpful as were The front desk people. Very clean room which is key!
Cons: Bed wasn’t comfortable and the room service meal was not worth the spend.
Excellent 10.0
just what we needed to complete our vacation
Good 7.0
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: The restaurant was not well staffed during the lunch time. More than 4 tables had dirty dishes, cutlery left on tables that were empty during the time we ate there. The wait staff was slow and inattentive. Would not recommend if this is their norm.
Good 7.7
Pros: Accesible from airport terminal and shuttle facilities
Cons: No closet in my bedroom
Excellent 8.5
Cons: Restaurant awful
Excellent 10.0
We spent one night here after arriving from Copenhagen. The staff at the front desk were most helpful and so was everyone at the Garden Inn. The breakfast was wonderful. Good spread, fantastic service. I am convinced that this is a good chain of hotels to stay at on our future trip. We are in fact at the Garden inn in Bangor, Maine right now. Clean and easily accessible from the airport. It did take a little longer than expected to get the shuttle to pick us up. We left in a hurry and forgot to pickup a pair of Jeans and Shirt. They found them and shipped them to us!
Good 6.0
Pros: The nice lobby!
Cons: That Wi-Fi was not included in the original price
Good 6.5
Pros: Beds are comfortable. There is a chaise lounge that our 4yo likes to sleep on. They provide a crib.
Cons: The room was dirty. Visible stains on upholstery and carpet. It gets worse every time. Last time there was hair in the shower and on the toilet. Still, the convenience keeps us coming back.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Due to my early flight, I had requested the statement ready. They had said the document should have be at the door, however, there was not. So, I had go down to the reception at 3:30 AM. After all, they just gave me a balance statement despite of check
Okay 4.2
Cons: Restaurant and café staff Very long wait for check in at 7 pm
Excellent 9.1
Cons: Only had decaf coffee pacs in the room. Bummer.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Location
Cons: We reserved a room with a king bed but were given a handicapped access room with two doubles. They wanted to charge extra for basic Wi-Fi. Convenient location very poor value
Okay 5.7
Pros: Food and bartender in Publik's was good.
Cons: The TV channels offered should be embarrassing to the Hilton chain. Basic channels and for the ALCS, you do not even carry baseball channels. I stayed here specifically to watch the series and to find that "no, we don't have that, just a few channels" was just aggravating. The front desk also told me you also have no movies in the room, "we have HBO but we can't tell you what is on it" and to have absolutely NO TV program guide, either in the room or at the desk is indefensible. I have had better at Red Roof Inn and Super 8's on the road. I urge others to find another hotel, despite the convenience...which is suspect as well. The shuttle took almost 30 minutes to get to the airport folks, due to traffic.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Room was dirty and sheets were stained. Service in the onsite restaurant was awful.
Good 7.4
Pros: Great front desk help, convenient right to the airport and great restaurant
Cons: Shower drain was awfully slow it was like taking a shower and bath at the same time
Good 6.2
Pros: Locatin.
Cons: They had difficulty finding my reservation. I waited for almost an hour for them to figure it out. No offer of assistance with luggage. No ice or tea supplies in room. Bathroom corners dirty. Some furnishings a bit shabby. Some wallpaper peeling. Needs renovating for charging such a high price.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Did not go to hotel
Cons: See above
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Airport location
Cons: Food prices. Internal restraunts are very proud of their menus.
Poor 1.0
Cons: The gym equipment advertised on the website does not match the equipment they actually have. It was a big disappointment. I won't stay at this chain again.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Location was great
Excellent 9.4
Pros: convenience, access to terminals, nice and very comfortable room
Cons: expensive
Poor 1.0
Cons: We will never stay here again the place was horrible for the money we spent
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Proximity to the airport.
Cons: For the expense, the room was unacceptable in terms of the condition it was in. It was clean - but that is the only positive thing I can say about it. It was run down. It had a beat up college refrigerator just sitting in the middle of the bedroom.
Okay 5.4
Pros: I liked the bed. over priced for the room i recieved but i wqs flad to have somewhere to lay my head
Cons: the bathroom
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Really like the restaurants handy on the property. And the snack station. The shuttle service to the car rental and the airport was great. Made it very convenient for us to return our car and leave for the airport closer to our flight time.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: location very close to airport
Cons: trash not emptied from previous guest in bathroom
Excellent 8.0
Pros: It was very nice to walk right off the plane and into the hotel.
Cons: Someone starting slamming doors very early and woke me up. It's too bad either the doors don't close more quietly or the rooms were better insulated for sound. I wasn't bothered by the aircraft, just the inconsiderate guest or staff member who was making so much noise.
Good 6.0
Pros: Proximity to Logsn is excellent. Views were great!
Cons: Lack of restaurants, parking should be included.
Good 7.7
Pros: 24/7 shuttle service was excellent Bag check after having check out was convenient
Cons: No complimentary breakfast No complimentary Internet
Okay 4.2
Pros: Location was great
Cons: The line to check in was very long for 1030 on a sat night. We got a room that smelled like smoke covered up by cheap perfume. We called down to the front desk. After 15 min of no one calling back, we went downstairs, got another room and the key didn't work. We went down for a third time and finally got a room and the key worked!
Good 7.3
Pros: Very convenient for airport access
Cons: Hotel is dated Temperature control in the room and hallways was terrible
Good 7.3
Pros: Great view of the city skyline. Good airport location, although pricey.

Cons: barely enough parking. didn’t give me the room i paid for.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It was nice that they had a restaurant on site that served breakfast and dinner. Options were minimal but it was good. The room was a good size and plenty of hot water, could shower for long periods.
Cons: Lighting in the room could be better, primarily the lighting for the bathroom sink area and there was no lighting close to the full length mirror. The hvac was a little loud when it kicked on. It was nice that the airport was close by and shuttle was provided however there was no place to walk to.

Cons: Our room smelled like cigarette smoke and the bathroom sink was broken and only had 1 temperature - scolding hot. We had to wash our hands using the tub faucet. The elevators were broken and the hotel restaurant was closed with no notice ahead of time.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location and staff were great.
Cons: The AC did not work, it only turned on if you got up and touched the button manually (and by doing this it only stayed on a few minutes) this was exhaustive. Also, engraved odor of body sweat, the type of stench of human(s) that have decided not to shower
Excellent 8.4
I just needed to stay overnight to catch a very early flight at Logan. The hotel is suitable for this purpose and has a free airport shuttle running almost all the time. No room service, although the restaurant can. package your food to go. Expensive for a basic stay.
Excellent 8.4
The main reason for staying at an airport hotel is its easy accessibility to the airport. This hotel fits the bill and provides a free shuttle service to and from the airport. It is comfortable and clean and had a nice bar and food options. There is a 24 hour fitness center as well. . You can check in for your flight and print your boarding pass at free computers in the lobby and complimentary coffee is provided while you wait for your ride in the morning. All very convenient. I would definitely stay there again if flying out of Boston.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Staff was courteous and helpful arranging our shuttle late at night.
Cons: The privacy door for the toilet & shower was broken and would not shut. The faucet in the sink had very hot water - NO COLD! There were towels for 2 people in a 4-person room. Too much money for the problems/inadequacy. Expensive breakfast was additional.
Okay 4.0
Pros: The comfortable bed.
Cons: Well beginning with the front desk lady who gave nothing but attitude and being rude, the pool was cold, I did not get the room I reserved plus the bathroom door was chipped. I definitely will not be staying here again that's for sure.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Close to airport with 24 hr shuttle.
Cons: Toilet had not been flushed (and therefore cleaned?). Bathroom was weathered (from humidity?) Room walls seemed paper thin. I could hear conversations next door.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The in-airport telephone for the shuttle did not work and we had to take a 13 dollar Uber; when I told the check-in guy, instead of giving us a credit for the restaurant or even an acknowledgement, he shrugged. I chose the hotel FOR THE SHUTTLE.
Cons: Too expensive for the shoddiness of the room.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location was good. Front desk people were polite and attentive.
Cons: No microwave ovens or hairdryers in the room. Front desk said it was not part of the hotels "brand". The bathroom did not have a sink,it was in the main room. It was awkward at best.
Good 6.2
Pros: Staff were great, although seemed a little overwhelmed sometimes. shuttle service was great. Rooms were clean. well appointed laundry room. Nice lobby.
Cons: The restaurant is way overpriced and service was soooo slow. Rooms ac system was so noisy it was hard to sleep. Option for coffee outside the morning time did not exist.
Excellent 9.7
Nice place to stay, close to where we needed to be.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: I had and emergency and couldn’t go and they charged me they shouldn’t have charge me I didn’t use it
Good 7.0
Pros: It was close to the airport.
Cons: It is overpriced.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Pool was nice, but small, but it had a hot tub. It was a nice room with couch and decent TV. Climate Change worked.
Cons: Internet did not work on Laptops or phones. Called to reset router, but it did not work. Asked for restaurants that deliver in area, was given list of restaurants, none delivered on the list. General Location made going out difficult. Pool was small.
Good 6.0
Cons: Breakfast was good but was not included with room. There was a blood stain on a wall. The room was very compact, the shower head did not function properly, and although coffee was available, there was no tea.
Okay 5.0
Cons: the internet did not work, it was terrible
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Close to the airport for an early flight. Convenient parking.
Cons: No problems
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room reservation was awesome to be able to specify floor/view.
Cons: No breakfast included
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, although it would be convenient if the hotel provided more towels, soaps and shampoos. The staff was nice. We only stayed two nights. The hotel is a bit far from the city but near the airport. You need to take a taxi to move around. I recommend Ubers because yellow taxis are more expensive. Way too expensive for what the hotel is, but it was a last resort booking. This is a low four star hotel.
Good 6.8
Pros: Good location, shuttle from airport, good rooms, good restaurant
Cons: The wireless was SO bad it was completely unusable. Got NO work done. For a hotel that caters to the business traveler, that's a show-stopper.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Great friendly staff. For example, they actually gave us milk for our child when our child was crying (most hotels make a fuss about this.) They even had a microwave to heat the milk, which many five star hotels lack!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The comfort correspondence to a price. Advantage was a shuttle and free WiFi. Easy communications with staff.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: convenient to airport restaurant was good /open reasonable hours shuttle to airport was invaluable / individual who drove was efficient and helpful
