Pros: The rooms, bathroom, and lobby were all spotless. The front desk was always available, friendly, and helpful. On the day we departed, they held our luggage (for 11 people) while we toured the city. Andrew station is a 7 minute walk and there are plenty of street lights to make that walk safe.

Pros: The room was clean and very comfortable. Loved the bistro area, when I work up earlier than my friends I went down and got cozy with a Starbucks coffee. Very nice place.
Cons: House keeping knocked on the door at 8:30 a.m, which hasn't happened before. Although I was awake, my friends were woken up by this. Not a huge deal though!

Pros: We arrived a half hour before check in and they were able to accommodate us right away. Everywhere in the hotel smelled good too. Very clean and comfortable. I really like how the televisions now include Hulu and the Netflix. Very nice touch!
Cons: There should be a sign as to which hotel is the Marriott upon entering the driveway. There’s two hotels and there’s nothing to indicate which is the Marriott.
"This family-friendly Boston hotel is located near the beach, within 2 mi (3 km) of University of Massachusetts Boston and John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum. Boston Convention and Exhibition Center and Northeastern University are also within 3 miles (5 km). Savin Hill Station is only a 4-minute walk and Boston JFK-UMass Station is 15 minutes. "

Pros: The hotel was easy to find as it was right off the highway. Our room was super clean, bathroom was spottless. Hotel staff were all super friendly.
Cons: We had to pay $15 a night for parking which I found insane since we were already paying $100 a night for the room. They also charged for wifi unless you were a Hilton Rewards member which I didn't like. When I did sign up for the Hilton rewards to get the free wifi the wifi connection was awful and I couldn't imagine paying for something that barely worked. When you're paying that much for a room per night the least they could do is include wifi. No continental breakfast. They also did not have. Refrigerator in the room. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly but that's all you get for your money.

Pros: Room was clean
Cons: There are many things about this hotel we did not like. For starters the manager Mohammed was not very helpful at all. He did not even point us in the right direction to find our room. Also I think it is rediclous that we had to pay $12 dollars to park at the hotel when we are staying there. It should have been included. Also since we paid $120 for the room breakfast should have been included but we were told we did not qualify for the free breakfast in the morning. We will be visiting boston again in the very near future but we will not be stayying at the double tree on Vernon st off of exit 15 in Boston. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone mainly because the staff and manager were not polite and were horrible at their jobs. I hope other double tree hotels are not like this one.

Pros: I stayed here a year ago and the renovations to the rooms from then to now are wonderful. Room was clean and crisp. Would be nice if the room had a fridge though. Unlike the other two Double Tree's in the Boston area this one has a shuttle to the airport and it will also shuttle you to the downtown area making it convenient for sightseeing. The other two look more elegant but I would pick this one for those two perks the others don't offer.
Cons: At almost $300 for one night it was too expensive - being a holiday week and the big rowing event in town I think it's called price gouging. Also the people at the front desk could have used a bit more training and should be taught not to mumble when they talk. And after my stay I've called 3 times trying to inquire why the charge on my card is higher than my receipt. First call to the front desk they hung up on me, second call I was put on hold and they never picked up again, third call the phone rang 17 times before somebody picked up - he gave me an explanation that made no sense. I will try one more time this week before filing a formal complaint.

Pros: There was an employee at the front desk (not the one who checked me in) and she was extremely helpful in telling me where to go to catch the subway. She was worth the stay! But sorry I do not remember her name.
Cons: The shuttle service from the airport was horrible. The instructions of the pick-up location were terrible. I had to call the main hotel phone number which took me a few minutes to wade through the automated service. The driver did not see me and left. When he picked me up he said he didn't speak English. But the next morning, he was speaking English very well to the front desk employees. The employees I spoke to on the phone from the hotel were rude and patronizing. I would not stay here again in order to catch the shuttle to the airport.

Pros: Location was convenient to the T (subway) and bus line. I know there is a park close by as well as the JFK Library. I didn't get to see much of anything due to frigid temps. I had to check out a day early due to an impending blizzard. Laura, the office manager was super helpful and authorized a refund. There is a cafe right on the lobby. Food is so so but convenient if you want grab something quick.

Pros: Staff was great, very nice. The hallways smelled like old cologne mixed with cigarette smoke. Parking was self serve and you had to hunt, not a whole lot of space. We could easily hear the people in the room next to us having a conversation so I suggest that you don't stay here to plan classified operations. Breakfast was great!
Cons: Hallways smelled like smoke. No hot water in morning. Parking was tight.
Behind every great day is a great night at the Comfort Inn hotel. Our smoke-free hotel is near attractions like John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum, Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, Fenway Park and TD Garden. Harvard University and Boston University are also close. Take advantage of free hot breakfast, free WiFi, free weekday newspaper, fitness center and free transportation to and from Boston Logan International Airport. Pros: convenient shuttle route to take the train
Cons: I had 2 reservation for one night and one week, when my second reservation started the hotel made a mistake and cancel my reservation for no reason, apparently "someone" cancel the reservation, the Manager (Kellie Pabst) didn't know who and when did this cancellation. She wanted to charge again for the one week reservation, I had to call Expedia to have a solution, because the Manager didn't want to do anything. I had to wait 4 hours to solve this problem, but the manager didn't seem worry about it. She treat me very unrespecfull

Pros: The only thing I liked about this hotel was the staff they were very friendly with everything.
Cons: The hotel was being renovated so everything looked like it was in shambles, that's fine and understandable even though no where online does it state that. The rooms are situated in a very weird way my room had a window that was facing a wall on the inside hallway and there was no light coming in. The doors didn't lock property and the hallway felt like a sauna because if the pool that you can view from the hallways walking to most of the rooms. Overall this place was a big over priced rip off I could have stayed at a motel 6 for much better

Pros: The friendliest of the staff: Front desk staff welcomed me with a warm smile, and provided me info for traveling to downtown Boston & the islands (Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket). The housekeeping staff was also very welcoming to me with "Good Morning" wishes. The breakfast area staff were also very hospitable in ensuring that I received a banana for breakfast & equal for my coffee. Additionally, the shuttle/courtesy bus drivers were also friendly in mentioning a few key points about the city of Boston. This was an excellent hotel, and the only one I will stay in on my next vacation to Boston! :-)

Pros: I liked the room and location once I got into the room it was very nice and I would stay there again if I had to.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that I reserved my room online and no where on there said I needed a credit card for the $100 holding fee so when I get there I couldn't use my card I reserved the room with. And instead of putting the customer first I got treat like it was my fault and got the run around. The person at the desk kept telling me when you pay online they should have the policy on there and I said they didn't so that's between. You and them I didn't know so how we going to resolved this? I even called customer service for the place I purchased the hotel on and still couldn't get it resolved. I had to call my mom to use her credit card. I think you guys need to make sure that the policy of the $100 hold on their credit card should be put online when they book a room online or should somehow have a better solution to this for ppl who don't know this and use their cards that is not credit cards because if not tell ppl to book with the hotel so they can get all the information straight from you guys so they won't be blindsided once they get there and can't use their let's say pre paid card or something.

Pros: Friendly professional staff. Free breakfast buffet. Free wifi.
Cons: I've stayed here before for business. Something always wrong...one time the heater broke. Another time the shower head was too low, like it was installed for a midget. So the hallways are as cold as the outside. Strange place.

Pros: The free shuttle too and from the T station was awesome! Made the vacation so much easier, and all the drivers and front desk workers were really friendly. Also close proximity to a bowling alley and restaurants were nice for when we didnt want to go far from the hotel.
Cons: The room was dirty... found mold in both the mini fridge and the area that i thought contained the thermostat on the air conditioner. Carpets were stained and the hallways were so hot and humid!
