Pick up. It was a hassle. I was prepaid, but they wouldn’t accept my credit card because it was under my former name. I had to go get my marriage certificate to prove it was me even though I was prepaid. They wouldn’t accept a debit card. Dropped the car off with a full tank of gas and they logged it in as empty! Hertz then charged me over $200 for a tank of gas ($9.99 a gallon!). Careless and another waste of my time.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I got a call before I even left home airport that there was not a car available for me due to overbooking. So I didn’t like anything about the experience. It was expensive to Uber. And not available at the times i needed. Manager offered to pay for some Uber trips. Really wrecked this trip. No other cars were available for less than $599/day.Cons:
They could have had a car for me since I made a reservation and counted on it. They should have gotten a car from competitor and paid for the difference in price.10.0 Wonderful

The staff was friendly and helpful, the pick up and drop off went pretty quickly, but I still haven't received a final confirmation on my bill after the drop off. The car was clean when I arrive to it, which was appreciated.Cons:
Although they provided a "free upgrade" but I really was not a fan of the Ford Ecosport, even as an upgrade. It is not a good car for highway driving or even city driving as to preserve gas it turns off/goes into neutral every time you take your foot off the gas. Very annoying. Also, the trunk space is better in a regular car. Finally, be aware of which pick up place that kayak/priceline brings you to. I thought I had booked the airport and incurred an additional fee.Ace

Cons:
Flew into Bozeman, paid for the upgrade for Jeep Cherokee or equivalent knowing we were going into Yellowstone national park. They gave us a Dodge Journey which is a minivan without the sliding door. Since the park got nearly 1' of snow we almost got stuck several time in pull offs or in parking lots because it had almost no ground clearance. That vehicle is not the equivalent of a jeep. One rental good the other not so much. Same rate for both rentals, but absolutely not equal vehicles. Ace needs to reevaluate.Cons:
We rented two vehicles. Both were charged the same rate. One a Chevy Suburban the other a Ford Expedition. No comparison. The Ford was not equal and should never have been the same rate. The Suburban had video, auto tailgate lift and other features.4.4 Mediocre

Car had 50000 miles on it and showed the wear. We rented two vehicles and received this one the Ford Expedition. And a suburban. There was no comparison in features of the expedition and the suburban the ford was far inferiorCons:
