Very little communication while we were at the office to collect our car. Not informed of insurance costs, condition of car etc. we were instructed to collect our car from bay C20. When we went to that bay, there was no car there. We looked around for a while, before returning to the office to ask for assistance. Our consultant was no longer there, and all other sales consultants were with other customers. They told me they would be with me soon, but kept serving other customers, ignoring me. I returned to the car park after not being helped, to just wander around the car park until I found the car in E20. Service and attention to detail would have been appreciated.Reviewed 5 Sept 2026

When I returned the car last night, there was no one in the return area and no obvious instructions. I eventually found some in the main building who told me to leave the keys in the car. Poor service.Reviewed 5 Sept 2026

Great efficient service. I did not get the vehicle that I wanted (electric) however it would have been available had I waited a bit. I said I was indifferent so it worked out. The steering wheel was crooked however the vehicle drove fine. Must have needed a wheel alignment.Reviewed 4 Sept 2026

I live in Canada and was on a Canadian site. Nowhere during the booking process did it state American funds. When I picked the rental up, the agent stated the approximate price I said that was incorrect. She then immediately told me that it was in US funds. Obviously this happens often since she didn’t have to ask me any more questions and knew exactly why the price was higher without me explaining anything further. The car was booked in Canada and picked up in Canada. This is a very deception way to get people to choose your rental over another since there are many companies to choose from. Shame on you.
