Pick-up took 2 hours in line because they didn’t have the right car for everyone and had only 1 person for a long time. Totally miserable. Car was fine but waiting that long was insane. No other rental counter had a line.Reviewed 17 July 2026

Car wasn't ready at the time I reserved so had to wait for another vehicle. Then when I got the car it was dirty and had trash from the prior customer. Also, the facility in downtown DC was dirty. The underground garage where you pick up the vehicle had busted old furniture that they just had sitting in one of the parking spaces.
