The car's exterior was really dirty. So much so that I chose to run it through a car wash during our rental time just to clean it up. The interior was clean. I believe the exterior was dirty because the rental location at the airport doesn't have a cleaning facility or location to wash returned vehicles, so not really the staff's fault. But maybe they could get a mobile cleaning service or something? Otherwise, the rental was good and I'm happy.Reviewed 7 July 2026

I ordered this booking 6 months ago, and I totally forgot about it. When I tried to find the booking, I couldn't find it, and had to make reservation with another source. It would be great if user would receive email notifications at least 2 weeks before reservations (and preferably 1-day prior and same day)Reviewed 6 July 2026

After completing my order on Kayak, I went to the enterprise location and was told there were no cars available although I was sent confirmation. I was not given any other options and I didn’t have time to seek a car anywhere else. Travel plans were ruined, I’m disappointed and dissatisfied with enterprise and kayak as my order was confirmed with no information that there may be an issue.
