The car was fine, but the staffing of the rental counter was horrific. I walked up there and it was the only counter that had a line. The other rental car companies had very short or no lines. It took one hour of standing in line until I got up to the counter. I complained and the lady said, "yesterday the line was 3 hours." She said it in a way I guess to make me feel better or lucky. All it did was reinforce how poorly run the Pittsburgh International Airport Avis/Budget counter it. If you regularly have long lines then you need to adjust how you run your business. Never again will I rent from them when flying through Pittsburgh and I'll be very hesitant to rent from them period. Why risk having to wait 1-3 hours?Reviewed 19 June 2026

The agent at the counter would not rent me the car without selling me insurance for €30/day despite me having adequate insurance through my credit card. Everyone else before and after me in the lineup experienced the same. I had not pre-payed so I walked away and used another rental company at the airport. There was no mention of being obligated to purchase their additional insurance when I made the booking.Reviewed 18 June 2026

The first car they were about to put us in - the front tires didn’t have any treads left on them. Luckily they put us in another vehicle of equal value with no issue. However, the worker couldn’t give me a receipt because her printer was broken. She said she would email me one, but I never received one until we returned the car in Atlanta.Reviewed 17 June 2026
