Pick up was inconvenient; staff was all over the place and couldn’t locate my original reservation. Tried to charge me almost twice the original agreed upon price. Also should have mentioned a $200 security deposit being added to the total balance from the beginning. Biggest annoying factor was that I had to make sure I wouldn’t be charged for prior damage done to the vehicle I picked up. Driver side mirror completely gone. Definitely sketch when going to drop off my car and they ask if I did the damage myself. Seems like there should be better communication on the company’s part when giving out damaged rides. In my opinion not worth the price or the hassle.Reviewed 26 Jan 2024

My Budget Camry rental was upgraded to a new Chrysler Pacifica, and the van was a comfortable hybrid with a smooth ride, easy-to-use controls, and excellent mileage. Both pick-up and drop-off at the Bangor airport were quick and easy. I was pleased with both the rental vehicle and the rental experience.Reviewed 1 Oct 2022

Pros:The staff was great and the car was clean.Cons:Lots of damage to the car and nobody did a walk around or told me about it. I returned the car a day early and still was charged the full booking amount.Reviewed 20 May 2021

Pros:Staff was excellent and very friendly. Wish I had paid more attention as to where the car was located. Had to walk around the lot "beeping" the car to find it.Cons:No instructions on how to use keyless car. Card or manual in glove box would be helpful. 1. Step on brake to start car while pushing start/stop button. 2. How to open the gas tank and where it's located. 3. Toll E Z Pass use. 4. How to open rear door on SUV. Not all of us have these features in our cars. And no visual indicators for this inside car. It was trial and error finding skills. Called my sister who knew how to open gas tank, I would have never found it!. Both SUV's I rented were a little different with these things. But both were very comfortable and made for a great drive.Reviewed 25 Nov 2020
