Overall, we had a good experience renting with Budget. The car was clean, reliable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. The pickup and return process itself was quick once we found the correct locations. The only downside was that the signage could be much clearer. We had a difficult time locating the Budget check-in booth when picking up the vehicle, and returning it was also confusing because the parking garage wasn't easy to find. Better directions or more visible signs would make the experience much smoother. Despite those minor frustrations, the rental itself was great, and we would consider renting with Budget again.Reviewed 29 June 2026
