Car wasn't ready at the time I reserved so had to wait for another vehicle. Then when I got the car it was dirty and had trash from the prior customer. Also, the facility in downtown DC was dirty. The underground garage where you pick up the vehicle had busted old furniture that they just had sitting in one of the parking spaces. Even though I completed the early registration before arriving at the rental car center, there were no agents available, and my vehicle had not yet been assigned.
