Pros:Friendly staff. Easy drop off. Good gas mileage for an SUV. Clean vehicle.Cons:It was supposed to be filled up but was only at 1/4 tank. Had to go back so they could fill it. Still wasn't filled completely. Lots of scratches to outside of vehicle, including vandalism of the paint job. Was supposed to seat 7, with luggage.
