Rental counter is in a TENT across the parking lot. It was raining quite hard when we arrived and there was no way to get to the counter except to walk across the lot. I have had knee surgery and didn't want to slip. When i asked the attendant if there was a shuttle he laughed and told me I could walk there. I am sosrry- how is this ADA compliant at an airport?? Also there were people in wheelchairs and walkers on my flight. Low score on location set up.HIgh score on actual car! Loved my brand NEW Toyota Camry and the new car smell was intoxicating!Reviewed 30 Sept 2022

THE CAR WASN'T READYCons:The car wasn't ready. I waited over 90 mins and the lady at the counter was rude and wouldn't give me an estimated time, so I left. My brother picked up a car later that night at 2am and they said that my car still wasn't available.Reviewed 5 Sept 2018

Very poor customer servicePros:not muchCons:The desk clerk in Missoula MT did not want to take the car back as had been pre-arranged and paid for. She said personnel in Denver had mad a mistake on the numbers and since that was a different fleet she couldn't deal with i & we could not leave the car there.. I told her that was not my problem, that was Budget's problem. She said she would have her supervisor handle it but I was never contacted by her supervisor. Good rentalPros:Nice vehicle, enough space for 4 people and a lot of luggage. Fairly easy pick up but no one was in the parking lot when the vehicle was dropped off. Smaller airport so that might make sense. Staff was friendly and the vehicle was very clean.Cons:Information on filling the vehicle up with gas - there was a $7.99 fill up fee but the gas was cheaper per gallon if filled by Budget. I was told that it would not make sense to fill the vehicle if it had less than 1/4 of a tank but when you take into account the fill up fee, you would have to use over 26 gallons of gas before it would be worth having Budget fill it up. The vehicle I had does not hold 26 gallons of gas even if it is empty.Reviewed 28 Aug 2016
