Cons:The Budget counter was closed with directions to go to Avis. The line was long, they were low on cars. Very displeased at how long it took. Wasted vacation time with this mess and it wasn’t even a great rate.Reviewed 21 Dec. 2020

Cons:When we arrived at car rental I had to wait for a car that was much larger in size than I wanted. They weren't clear about any extra per mile fee or refill costs so I couldn't find put what to expect. They also told.me the wrong return time in Jerusalem so I ended up returning the car 20 minutes early without refilling the tank. There were also no signs in Jerusalem at the street level directing me where to find the lot for returning the car. I was luck that I didn't get a ticket for parking on the side of the street to run inside to find out where the lot entry was located.Reviewed 28 Sep. 2019

Pros:At pick up I had to wait over an hour in a long line at the airport with many people who were not socially distancing nor wearing masks. There were only 2 people working there for Budget and Avis together! The reason I rented the car was to avoid airports and planes and covid!Cons:Have more staff and less wait time.Reviewed 20 Jun. 2020
