It was very easy but I wasn’t sure what to do and there was no one present to ask.Cons:Written or verbal instruction on return drop point and what to do when arriving. Pros:Staff was very friendly at both the pick up and drop off locations. It was easy to find the car in the lot when we picked it up, and the signs were easy to follow for where to drop it off.
