This is the second year that I have rented a car at the West Palm Beach airport from Budget. This is also the second year that I have had to wait at least 30 minutes in line to do the paperwork and another 30+ minutes to actually have the car delivered. I thought last year might be a fluke, but unfortunately it is not. that location is extremely disorganized and understaffed. I rented a car from Budget. They did not pick us up from the airport on the shuttle bus as promised. They did not hold our rental car- it was given to someone else. Im very d disappointed with budget from west Palm beach…. Reserved a car many months ago for holidays in Palm beach and don’t event get the car that i needed. I ad family there with me and many lodges. Receiving service like this on that time of year with family to spend Greta time . For sure budget find the way to ruined this staying at palm beach. It’s been many years I been coming to Palm beach gardens and I will keep going and I do have friends that join I lus for many trips there. Count on me to spread the word to not book with Budget.
