Check out process was easy and quick, however vehicle was not sound as once i got on the highway there was a loud noise coming from below. After pulling over noticed the under carriage was dislodged and dragging which created the loud noise. Pick up was great and quick! Vehicle was great except it pulled to the right, needed an alignment or something. Drop off at airport - not so good. Hard time finding someone who spoke English, long walk to the shuttle and I was with my elderly mom who needed a wheelchair, and they were in a hurry for me to remove our bags and leave the car. Service in West Palm was friendly, but slow. Not enough staff to handle customers. Car was not clean, had paint chips and scratches and during trip passenger side mirror stopped working.
