Not very pleasant.Pros:Very helpfull and friendly staffCons:The car wasn’t clean at pickup and the car was worn out. Another small point: at pick up the tank wasn’t completely full. When you have to bring the car back its difficult to estimate how much to pay at the gass station to get the exact amount of fuel.Reviewed 18 Nov. 2018

Pick up and drop offPros:Pick up was fine.Cons:We had a 8:00 AM flight, with boarding at 7:20. Budget was supposed to open at 6:30, already late for us, but only the cleaning personnel were there. Finally, at 6:45 one woman appeared who had to close out the accounts of several parties, all of us getting early flights. The car lot was far from the desk and so inspection of vehicles was slow... especially with only one person doing everything. I made my slight, but had to leave without my receipt. I asked it to be emailed to me, but so far, nothing.Reviewed 11 Feb. 2017

Pros:Staff is slow and unresponsive.Cons:Outrageously rude staff. They gave me the car with only 3/8 of a tank of fuel. When I returned it with 1/4 tank I expected the refueling rate to be higher than at a gas station, but they charged a 300% mark up— $27 for 1/8 of a tank. Rep told me that my business wasn’t her money so she didn’t care.Reviewed 15 Sep. 2019
