Pros:Friendly, on site help. My rental was almost $80 cheaper than the quote from the Hertz counter, which I very much appreciated.Cons:As the owner does not have on site (airport) cleaning facilities, that has to be done off site. Yakima is a small airport and flights in and out are occasional, so he uses the down time between flights to go to an off site washing station. Hence, there isn't anyone always at the desk. I happened to come at a time that an out to service sign was up. Otherwise, it was a great experienceReviewed 18 Apr 2021

Pros:Easy pickup and drop off; car was conveniently close to the baggage carousel. Customer service was spot on for the pick up and the whole transaction took less than five minutes.Cons:Such a minor issue, but there was some trash left in the back of the car (just some paper); barely a negative because the car was very clean otherwise.Reviewed 26 Dec 2018

Pros:Fairly quick pickup, very quick/easy drop-off. Car was clean.Cons:I rented an economy car, and when I arrived was told I could only rent a full-sized Jeep. Also, the price for a one-way rental was fairly absurd.Reviewed 17 May 2017
