Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access attractions and downtown areas. The included breakfast was frequently described as excellent or varied, and many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness was also highlighted, with several guests noting that rooms and common areas were well maintained. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds contributed to a positive stay for many visitors. However, some negative comments included issues with bathroom design, noise, water supply, Wi-Fi, and fluctuating prices, but these did not outweigh the overall positive impressions.

Carla, Oct 2026
First, the staff was great. Friendly and professional. Our first room ended up having a frozen air conditioner, so they promptly moved us to another room and brought up the new room keys to us. Facility gentleman who checked out the unit was very fast at responding and identifying the problem. I am at Hilton member and travel a lot for work. This location would have received higher marks except th...

Pros (+) Great location.
Cons (-) Long check-in despite using the mobile app in advance. Staff tried checking me into the wrong room (I have a common name). No housekeeping one day (not sure how they entirely missed us). Staff/hotel seemed clueless there was a marathon in Chicago.

Pros (+) Amazing staff and very nice looking rooms. The pool was ok.
Cons (-) Breakfast was over a little early. My room had a continuing smell of fried chicken which we didn't have in the room. Be careful when ordering from kayak. When I put my parameters in for my room to have a king suite with a sofa for three adults and a child; also to include parking. When I got to the room it was only a king bed so hey had to move me to a double bed room since they were sold out of k...
