Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access the train station, city center, and local attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Many guests also enjoyed the breakfast offerings, describing them as varied and satisfying. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, though a few reviews mentioned issues in specific rooms. Some negative feedback focused on noise levels, especially from the street or due to lack of air conditioning, and the absence of an elevator was noted as a drawback for rooms on higher floors.
