Kinda OKPros:I like the comfort of picking up from the airport.Cons:I didn't like that there wasn't an actual ticket counter, so when I asked for GPS there wasn't one available. 2nd dislike was the size of car. When making selection of vehicle via the internet I chose to have a full size vehicle, but I received a mid-size car that could not possibly handle 5 people. Expensive carPros:The car was small which was nice for narrow roads.Cons:The car was very basic, and had stains on the seats. I was quoted a total price by kayak. Though I bought no extras, my total price was about $60 more than initially quoted.Reviewed 9 Feb 2017

Horrible ExperiencePros:The CarCons:The company was not at the airport. Nobody repesenting the company was at the airport. I finally got in touch with them by using the phone at another car rental company and they showed up an hour later. They told me that the car insurance that I paid for through Kayak with Allianz was no good and I had to buy it from them. It was another $45 for another policy and another $135 for a deposit. They had nothing about this in their contract and could give me no written confirmation that I would get the deposit back. I still have not received the money for the deposit in my account.Reviewed 7 Feb 2017
