I left my purse somewhere between the rental car return and the train so dashed back to trace my steps and met the nicest enterprise employee ever who quickly took me to the car to check, called his manager and then the manager called the train folks. Happy ending in that my purse was returned and we were able to catch our scheduled flight! It started with two very conscientious Enterprise employees. I failed to get their names but am sending them a high five!

The staff at the open location were extremely friendly

Cons:

When I showed up by Uber to the Enterprise I rented from, it was locked up tight and shut down. I had to call to find out the reservation had been moved 8 miles away. I also had to pay Uber driver to stay and take me to the second location. Terribly inconvenient after traveling all day.
