First and foremost the location does not practice social distancing. The waiting area had the smell of cat urine. The car was given to me dirty and not properly cleaned, there were dirty marks and finger prints inside of the vehicle. The car was just dropped off and not disinfected. This is very disturbing especially in this time of Covid 19.Hertz
