I had booked a minivan but they said I had booked a midsize SUV. I showed them the Kayak note and they said I had to call Kayak. In the 2nd they didn't have a Suv and had to give us a minivan. I felt abused

Despite providing both Kayak and Sixt my flight arrival time into EWR, the Sixt rental counter desk was closed and I was unable to retrieve the car I had reserved and pre-paid. Fortunately, the other major rental car brand desks were open and I rented elsewhere. Thus far Sixt has resisted refunding their $400+ charge. Rent from Sixt in the US at your own risk.

Avoid at all costs! I received a scratched up car and was assured it was fine by the agents. I was not provided a paper receipt when requested and now Sixt is trying to hold me accountable for a smudge (not even a scratch) on the cover of a mirror. Garbage rental car company.

Three hours wait to get cars. Staff wasn’t sensitive to delays at all and no sense of urgency shown to clear queues. Nearby rental companies on the contrary were moving at lightning speed. Terrible experience overall

My car broke down in Wilmington, Delaware and I had to wait over an hour for a tow truck. The agent on the phone couldn't find any location for me to get a replacement. I called back and got a different agent who was able to get me a replacement at Philadelphia International Airport which required me to take a $60 uber.

Cons:

I made a reservation for a particular model of car. Once I arrived, the car I reserved was not available. Not only I receive no compensation for this, but I had to pay more money in order to get an upgrade which I was not interested in but was the only thing available. What is the point of going over the reservation?

My rental agent was wonderful.

Cons:

I’m hoping I didn’t screw up with that easy pass. I’m not sure it was open for a bridge crossing and I’m not very familiar with the whole toll and easy pass since the cashless toll system has been implemented. I could have used more info on using the easy pass. Will I get penalized?

I did not like anything. Bad service.

Cons:

They lost the keys and the car then the wait to be seen meanwhile they are all here the attitude it’s just not a good experience at all. The person that lets you out is never there and you have to wait on them or go looking for someone it is ridiculous .
