They didn’t have an employee at the counter. 50 people didn’t get their cars. Sent to Avis and Budget for cars, or to other vendors. They are involved in a bait and switch.Cons:

my rental car was NOT clean. skum on exterior of windows; inside not thoroughly vacuumed. hey RAC agencies ....those scenters you leave in cars don't overcome a lousy cleaning jobBudget

Cons:
Arrival was awful. Huge line and only one desk person. Then we went to get car and that took 25 minutes. Car arrived filthy as car was was not working. Pretty lousy service for a long time Budget person.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Pros:
The pick up and return was quick and simple and the staff was friendly and helpful. Upon return I pointed out a spot on the rear seat where a prior occupant had dropped chocolate on the seat and they gave me a credit for having to drive a dirty vehicle!Cons:

Pros:
Drop off was super easy and very friendly, even at 5am! I needed an AWD vehicle and received a Suburban, which was much larger than the Standard SUV that I had reserved. This ended up being very appreciated as it handled the heavy snowfall very well. Loved the heated seats, too!Cons:

Pros:
We rented a convertible for my son's graduation since it was a drive through due to covid. And we're going to cruise around town and just enjoy the day. I rented the convertible weeks before. We get there the day of graduation and the gal proceeds to tell us there are NONE avaliable. I was so upset for him since this end of the school year was such a bummer. It was just a huge let down.2.0 Poor

At the time of pickup, cars were not ready for many customers (at Reno/Tahoe Airport). So, customers were waiting in the parking structure and there was no one at the Avis booth there. Eventually, our car appeared, but it was a chaotic experience, because there was apparently a shortage of staff and no organized line for customers waiting for cars. Also, I did not get a receipt when I returned the car. The agent/employee told me a receipt would be emailed to me, but I have not yet received an email with a receipt.Hertz
