ripp offCons:the representative did not want to take the excess on my credit card and force me to take an insurance . so intead of 60 euros, the rental fees end up reaching 200 euros. the representative said I had to have a letter from my credit card issuer telling they agree to cover the full value of the car , she said the car is worth 30 000. they abuse customers which arrive in a fragile postiion. i have to rent car to visit my daughter in Ireland and such fees are to high for the family budget.
