The entire process was quick and easy! A driver picked us up at the airport in a shuttle and took us to where they store the cars. The car was clean and in excellent shape. Absolutely despicable customer service. They had no cars available in my class (requested a mini van) and did not communicate this prior to my arrival. The manager Klaus was insulting and refused to rent me a different vehicle even though they had two available. I am in the process of escalating the awful experience to the Enterprise corporate office. I would not recommend this company to anyone and encourage everyone to stay away from this office and this manager.Reviewed 27 Feb 2026

They wanted to charge me 4500 USA dollars for a insurance I didn’t need I showed them my aaa that’s covers there rental and said Nop rented cars before lots of them never had this happened but in the end it worked better we really didn’t need it….Reviewed 25 Feb 2026

After booking, when I got to the enterprise location to pick up my car. I was told there was no car for me because I was a little past my pickup time. The team at the Orlando airport were incredibly kind and helpful. I mistakenly booked at the wrong airport, the check in employee so was kind in assisting me, the customer service rep I had to call was extremely helpful, and the parking lot employee met me with kindness as well.
