Cons:The attendant there when I first arrived was annoyed that I would disrupt her free time with my business. Very rude and not hospitable at all. The attendant upon my return was the opposite. Very nice and easy to work with. The vehicle had a broken AC vent but other than that the vehicle was ok.Reviewed 1 Sept 2020

Cons:Paid a taxi to carry me to get my car and they didn't have any cars available. Was told it would be at least 2 days before they had one. Then had to pay to get back to my truck. Shouldn't make a reservation if you don't have cars available!Reviewed 6 Sept 2019

Pros:The car was nice.Cons:At check in the young lady attempted to charge me for extra insurance, I had explained that my daughter had gotten me insurance from an outside agency. Opted for value, boy howdy!Pros:Well I asked for the cheapest option due to the fact I wanted to save money. To my surprise, I received a drop top BMW M series gas saver! Awesome!Cons:Came with only half tank of gas, had to wait about an hour to report gas, called to have hourly rate charges taken out due to being late, was charged then tried to get charged for an additional day. They will NOT accept a debit cardCons:Be warned, they do not accept debit cards. I am fortunate that a representative from Avis assisted me and gave me a better price than Enterprise so it all worked out for the best.Reviewed 31 Oct 2017

Great service, but beware of the hike upon returnPros:The customer service was great and the car was clean and new.Cons:When you return the car, you have to walk a VERY, VERY long distance with all of your luggage back into the airport to return your keys and get your receipt. There was no shuttle. I am in very good shape, but with heavy luggage, the hike can be a challenge!Reviewed 15 July 2017
