I scheduled a rental from Great Falls to Couer dAlene ID. After it went through they had me returning to Post Falls ID. I tried to call and get it changed and couldn't so I had to cancel and re book. When I went to pick the car up at the Great Falls Airport the counter person took twenty minutes and said that three of my cards declined. I went down the counter and in five minutes the Hertz man not only got my card to go through but got the right destination. NEVER USING ENTERPRIZE AGAINReviewed 2 Sept 2026

When I thought I was out of options he made calls and arranged me to pick up the perfect vehicle. Actually the whole staff was amazing from the manager as well as the staff members! The pick up required a trip in a parking elevator, through two doors to a parking garage that locked behind me and then a walk to find the office in a desolate underground garage on a Sunday morning. I found it very scary- and because it was unexpected - stressful.. and there was no way you reach the local office- they didn’t answer the phone. So I hated that and would not pick up from that location again. Otherwise everything was excellent..drop off in Montreal was perfect.. well marked directions- in a garage with an easy to find office.Reviewed 1 Sept 2026

The car had a very strong "air freshener" smell, as if the previous driver smoked in it and was trying to cover it up. The person who was checking the car out to me apologized for it when he brought the car around.. Other than that, yhe car was very clean and comfortable.
