Instead of an audi a6, they only had a BMW 3 or a vw tayron. We picked the ladder, but it was very unpleasant to drive. Totally unsuitable for german parking garages.Reviewed 21 July 2026

I DIDN'T LIKE THE IDEA THAT THE SERVICE OVER DUE LIGHT WAS ON,,THEN CHANGE OIL LIGHT CAME ON...CAR WAS NOT FILLED WITH GAS. Also the car was very filthy. I was very disappointed never have I ever had this type of experience.. Inside the car was so dirty if I didn't need it for an emergency I would of took it back..very very upset over the experience..Reviewed 21 July 2026
