I booked a car and was not told till I got there that they had no options in the grade of cars I selected so I could cancel my reservation or pay extra for a car from the sports car category. The SUV that I rented was not there so they gave me a smaller compact car which was truthfully unacceptable but because it was raining and I had an hour and a half drive ahead of me so I took it. No one was at the counter when I flew back out and I am owed money because of the cheaper car that they gave me. It was only a drop off box for the key truthfully poor Service.Reviewed 28 Apr 2026
