Cons:Terrible service! They said it was mandatory to buy their insurance and that my card wasn’t enough. I asked Juan (supervisor) to show me where in their policy it stated this and he went to reach for it but then he said that the paperwork was moved by someone and he couldn’t show me. The folder with all their company policies was right in front of us but he refused to open it and show me. A total scam by these workers there!! I rented with Ace and they didn’t force anything on me 3 days before. Terrible customer service! Never rent here again!Reviewed 12 Nov. 2019

Cons:I never got the car, they tried to get me for more money when I arrived. I have rented several times and used third party insurance to cover the car. They insisted that the purchased insurance would not cover anything, they really tried to scam me. They started quoting insurance in the excess of $1300 until I was fed up with their approach and they tried to offer me coverage for$100 walking out the door. Internationally I will rent from My resorts from this point forward!!!! Word to the wise! Had I not rented before I probably would have believed them like I seen many others do!Reviewed 31 Oct. 2019

Pros:They didn't communicate price very well. We were originally told $25-30 per day when we called them. When we got there it was almost twice that, plus they wanted a $500 deposit they didn't tell us about. They ended up giving us the car for close to what they originally said plus a $300 depositCons:Communicate pricing more clearly from the start next time and mention the deposit. I also blame kayak for not posting pricing through the app. It originally said our trip would cost $4, which obviously isn't accurate. The car price tripled due to insurance requirementPros:The car was priced at a terrific rate when I did the reservation online. It was very small, but comfortable, clean and had good gas mileage.Cons:According to the counter staff person, the Mexican government required insurance that was about $400.00 more, and I even used my own credit card insurance for collateral. Don t go there! Fraud!Pros:When returning the car they claimed caused a damage on the front. I told them that I saw this damage at the pick-up and told their colleague. The collegue wrote in spanish (I don t speak spanish) that it s only a scratch. At the return they told me I caused it and that I habe ti pay it. I recommend to go somewhere else. I believe i was set up. And ALWAYS take pictures of the previous damages.Reviewed 8 Jan. 2017

Complete Failure!Pros:There was nothing to like!Cons:I reserved a minivan and they didn't have anything but small cars available and their proposed solution, which obviously wasn't acceptable, was to rent me 2 small cars for the same price. Bait and Switch, with a bit of extortion thrown inPros:NothingCons:Obscene insurance rates, not shown a contract until after the credit card was charged, off-site office with very few workers and long lines, ignored the rate given, was told "take it or leave it" and there was no way to get back to the airport terminal.
