The service provided by Hertz at DeZavala was great. They need to revise their website so the driver understands that if they choose option of Hertz to pick the vehicle, that could mean you are stuck with an electric one plus they should indicate the amount of the deposit & the total cost. I feel like they do a bait and switch tactic. This is corporate’s fault (and choice) & nothing to do with the team at the DeZavala Center. They were great

I called to confirm reservation 3 hours before pick up, they stated "we don't know if we will have a truck for you" ... they mentioned they would call me at 4 to tell me they didn't have a truck available for me. Only giving me an hour to "find something myself" before everyone else closed at 530. Horrible. Good thing I took the time to call them.
