I filled the car with gas before my return. They charged me for gas anyway, which is very dishonest. Two days later, they still haven't confirmed that I will be reimbursed.9.2 Wonderful

Cons:
If you don’t mind being surprised with last minutes fees and charges, advantage rent a car is for you. I needed a 4 day rental for a drive to Denver, but since I lived in the same city as where I chose to rent the vehicle, I was only allowed150 miles, and everything over that would be charged 50 cents per mile unless I bought a mileage package. This place is a joke... I will only rent from hertz from here on out!!3.2 Poor

Cons:
I had a guaranteed mid-size vehicle which I needed for extensive driving while in town. I arrived and only a minivan was available. After much arguing and waiting, and more waiting, a midsize came available. It smelled like smoke and had large burn holes on the seats and across the interior. not at all what I expected.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Gabe was very nice and the pick up process along with drop off was quick. Nice car with good gas mileage.Cons:
Car had pet hair in the back but Gabe compensated me for that. Also wish the payment options were more clear prior to pick up( debit vs credit payments). Overall it was great2.0 Poor

I wasn't so disappointed. I thought it was going to be easy, but it wasn't what I expected. They asked for proof of residency and was asking for too much money. I didnt have everything I need to get my rental.Avis

THEY CANCEL MY RESERVATION; DID NOT HAVE A RENTAL AT 11 AM FOR ME WOULD HAVW BEEN 1 OR 2 PM BEFORE I COULD GET A RENTAL. WENT TO HERTZ FOR RENTAL AT 11 AM10.0 Wonderful
