Complaint that vehicle exterior was dirty while I had literally just pulled out of the car wash prior to dropping off vehicle. May as well have a car wash at the service location instead Service is slow for amount of customers.
Service at Pick-up and drop-off is slow and not very disciplined (specially the lack of formalities related to the filling of the document for car scratches and damages). The car quality was good, and it was clean. Mechanic good, Brake, engine tires, etc.

Shuttle Pick up took forever and was very confusing. Once paper work was completed, the car provided was accidented. On the return, they eluded to charging me because the car was a little dirty. (Exterior) but didn’t. I mean what car rental would charge you because the exterior is slightly dirty from normal usage and rain? It’s almost as if they expected it to be as clean as provided. Would not rent from them again.
