Good location, not very far from the tram stop to the city center. Good breakfast. Small double room, we asked for twin bed and they added 30 € per night.

clean, tidy with friendly and helpful staff. Meals were great and had a wide variety available. good quiet location that was easy to get in and out of town. lack of information relating to transportation between the hotel and major transportation centres, & the city. The hotel stated that it had WIFI connection to internet which tended to be next to useless as it was too slow. Hotel computer was full of viruses and was only in Swedish, no facility for other languages.

The hotel was convenient to the Olskrokstorget tram station. There is a grocery store and a bar near the tram stop. The room had a small refrigerator to keep the drinks cold in. The breakfast was very good - hot scrambled eggs, hot bacon, cold cuts, and variety of breads, cereals, and juices. Like most of my limited experience with the locals in Sweden, the staff was: very friendly, helpful, and spoke very good English.

Quiet surrondings (a good nights sleep). Quick and easy check-in and check-out. Pleasant staff. The room a bit to small for my liking, I had planned a bit of work on my computer, but didn't find the space for it. Parking facilities limited, but managed to grab the last available space.

The hotel staff were very helpful, and all facilities that I needed were available. the internet connection process was not as smooth as I am used to. It involved getting a userid/password from front desk rather than using the network location to validate access.
