Pickup was a good experience. The two employees at the Hertz location were very professionalCons:
I was charged for an additional day. I contacted Hertz at their main number and the agent was friendly and assigned a case number. I have not heard from anyone yet. I called the rental location for help twice. I was told they were too busy to help me out. They never called me back as they promised. Very disappointed with their response.2.0 Poor

When I went to go pick up the car, the advisor indicated no cars were available, and there were 15 in the parking lot...all reserved I assumed. I then had to go the airport, and none were available there. Luckily I was able to get a car from National at the airport. I wasted an hour, lost a hundred dollars on the deal, and won't deal with Hertz again. I just wonder if they are the ones always touted but if they don't want to rent because it's a one way or something else, they should have been polite and declined altogether. You can't tell me in this world, that if your terminal is done, that you can't check reservations by calling another Hertz location. I say Nonsense.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
Even though AVIS shows cars available on both their website and 3rd party websites they had none available. I had a confirmation number for a reservation and 5 minutes later the called me and said they had zero available for that day! What the heck! You shouldn’t e able to reserve a car if their aren’t any available.10.0 Wonderful
