Pros (+) All of the staff here were very kind, helpful and hospitable. They were enthusiastic about my visit, plans and making sure I had everything I needed. They even stored my bag for me after checking out and during a hot sweaty day of trekking around the city offered me to shower in their spare shower before I got on my overnight bus. If you need anything at all Lily is your girl!

Pros (+) Great breakfast and it's included in your room price. Lots of choices and a nice way to start your day. Good location and close to many tourist destinations. Staff was extremely friendly and even printed off our visa papers for us.
Cons (-) Room was mostly clean, but the bathroom/shower area was a bit grimy from age. The bigger issue was that the Wi-Fi completely stopped working (we were on the sixth floor) during our last two days there. It wasn't a huge deal, but not ideal.
