Don't sneeze or it will cost you!Pros:Original cost.Cons:I flew in at midnight and didn't think it was possible to pick up a rental car at that hour, so I booked it to be picked up the next morning. I then got back on your site and found out that I could get a car at midnight and that it would only add about $14. That's where the problem started. I was told that I would have to make the change through Hertz. When I contacted them they told me it would add $80.Reviewed 9 Nov 2017

Pros:Pickup and dropoff were easy and convenient. Initial SUV was too small and we had to upgrade. The price was reasonable and the process was quick. The car was clean and comfortable and reliable.Cons:The counter agent was less than friendly.Reviewed 23 Aug 2017
