Well, as you know, we’ve had some problems getting flights to go out on time and my flight was canceled. And facing long lines I decided I’ll wait for it to settle down and go another time so Frontier refunded my money hotel zero refunded my money. what did the car company I contracted through? You do charge me money $200 to cancel a $350 reservation. Do you think I’m coming back to use you again?Reviewed 24 Mar 2026

I inadvertently rented my car from West Hartford when I really wanted the airport. Being unfamiliar with the area, I was not sure of the address. The pickup experience at West Hartford was great, getting there was a little more problematic. When I returned the car, I opted to pay the fee to return at a different location, and picked the airport since it was right across the street from our hotel, so much easier to get to. Everyone I worked with had great customer service.Reviewed 8 June 2022
