I confirmed a mid size car that said it would accommodate 5 passengers and 3 suitcases. When we got to the rental all they had was a 2 door mustang convertible. Despite other cars being on the lots that’s all they would give me since I was returning at another location. No assistance whatsoever. Terrible customer service.Reviewed 28 Oct 2022

Pros:Super quick pickup/dropoff and received a nicer car than we were expecting.Cons:The shuttle from the airport was a little bit of an unexpected inconvenience but they were super quick to pick up after calling. Pros:As helpful as they could be with few staff and early closures during the pandemic.Cons:We needed to drop the car off in Salem at 7 pm and at noon no one could answer the phone to tell us whether they had a key drop box because it would be after hours. Pros:The car was great and clean.Cons:The branch manager was extremely rude and lied about the status of the car. Branch manager made up a story to why I couldnt receive my keys when I walked in the door instead of being honest and stating the car just wasn’t ready. After confronting about lie, branch manager became more and more rude. Vented to employees in customer presence. Worst management and leadership I have ever witnessed in a rental branch.Reviewed 8 Oct 2019

Cons:Only rental company that is not at the airport. There is shuttle bus from and to the airport. The rate was 4x higher than what I booked and at first the person said I had to suck it up and dispute with Kayak. Luckily other person was able to overwrite the price for meReviewed 9 Sept 2019
