Cons:We were almost stranded at Moncton airport on Christmas eve due to misinformation regarding our rental that left us scrambling to figure out a solution. car not available at pickup, no one there at drop-offPros:I ended up getting a Volkwagen Jetta, which is a great car.Cons:They tried to make me rent a 7 passenger van when I had ordered a standard car, even though there were some in the parking lot. I had to go back the next day to get the supervisor to get me the car I ordered. No one was at the Moncton Airport counter when I brought the car back. We were told that the airport counter would open at 10:30. By 10:50, no one had shown up & I had to catch my flight. GPS is a rip-off @ $25-$30 a day. Luckily I was able to buy a low-end one at the Dieppe Canadian tire on sale for $45.Reviewed 19 June 2017
