There was no one at the pickup counter in the airport. I waited (along with a few other irritated customers) for about half an hour, but no one showed up. I called the Hertz number in Guatemala and no one picked up. I ended up just renting a car from some super friendly and helpful guys with their own little company there.Reviewed 16 Apr 2024

The wait at the airport could have been better. The desk attendants were waiting for clean cars to be available to the customers, even those who had prior reservations for the time of pick up.
