Branch Manager, Marcos Alarcon, is a conman (hence the last name). I arrived to pick up my reserved vehicle, and was denied for various reasons that were not disclosed in writing prior to arrival. Hertz didn’t have a minivan available that I had reserved for all my travelers. But agent upgraded me to a super large SUV for the price of what the minivan would have been. That vehicle was great. Enough space for my traveling companions and very comfortable.Reviewed 12 Sept 2024

Upgrade was nice. Insurance was strongly suggested, and I’m in another country so I say okay. Then they mention they’re putting an 800 euro hold on my credit card. Have an early flight, so we arrive at the airport by 5:30. No one around to return the car. Not at 6:30 either. There is a drop box, but now I’ve got to hope they’ll release the 800 euro hold.Reviewed 12 Sept 2024

The pick up was easy, clear and fast. Once in garage my vehicle was showing a signal light issue but the team was able to gave me another vehicle fast and gave me even 10% discount.
