I don't think the car was inspected very well prior to me renting it. There was sticky stuff on the inside of the front passenger window that prevented the window from going down in a few instances. All the staff I encountered whether in person or on the phone were very pleasant and efficient. When I needed to call the customer support number, the options were very confusing. I needed to report an issue, but it wasn't an emergency, and there was not an obvious choice, so that was very frustrating. The car also smelled like a smoker. The car was filthy and smelled terrible. We were driving to our wedding and had to have the wedding dress dry-cleaned before the ceremony because the car smell attached itself to the dress. There was a used, bloody band-aid on the rear floor of the car.Reviewed 3 Nov 2021

Pros:The agent who assisted me in Warwick was helpful.Cons:The signage to locate the building/office was awful. No one was available to report a small scratch on the passenger door when I picked up the vehicle. I took a photo of the scratch. Also, signage for drop off was not good. Just a box to turn the key. No agent present to whom I could report the scratch. Otherwise I was satisfied with the rental situation.Reviewed 2 July 2020
