Pros:Vehicle was clean and available on timeCons:I was not made aware by Kayak or by Hertz that there was an additional "concession fee recovery" charge equaling $62.35 tacked on to the rental amount. When I asked the agent he said this was because I picked the car up from the airport. If I had picked the car up at another location the fee would not have been applied. I could have just as easily rented this car from another location near by. I believe that both Kayak and Hertz are responsible. The agent also said that if I had booked directly with Hertz instead of going through a third party they would have made me aware. I feel like I have been ripped off. Last time I will use Kayak or Hertz to rent a car.Reviewed 22 Mar. 2018

Great StaffPros:Even though it was past registered hours, the Hertz employee came in to get us our vehicle, and also upon our return, the employee stayed late to check us back in. Both men were very pleasant and accommodating. Vehicle was clean and drove great.Reviewed 17 Apr. 2017

Pros:Location is very good for meCons:Vehicle's seats very very dirty - luckily this a business trip for just me. I was told they had it detailed but the dirt would not come out. There seemed to be no concern for the condition of the vehicle. I was told the vehicle had 3/4 tank of gas. When I checked the check out sheet it said the vehicle had a full tank of gas. When I got to the car it had a 1/2 tank. I had to go back inside to have this corrected as no one when out to check the car with me.Reviewed 16 May 2017
