Car was nice and clean. Never received text indicating where our car was located for pick up. Had to wait on line inside which is what we wanted to avoid. Staff was mediocre.Reviewed 16 July 2025

The experience was horrible. To pick up the car I had to wait about 45 minutes because there was one clerk in about 30 people in line. The clerk was not happy. She was very rude and then the car as soon as we got in needed an oil change And didn’t come with formats. It was just not a good experience would never rent from that rental hub again.Reviewed 25 Apr 2025

Overall it was fine, but the car was dirty, picking up the person working the desk was unfriendly and extremely unhelpful basically doing the bare minimum and not well. The lady at the exit was better, but it wasn’t an easy and pleasant experience. The car was filthy both inside and out, with trash from previous use still in it, and cracks in the windshield and unwashed exterior.Reviewed 21 Apr 2025

Horrible As a steady customer and Airline employee Hertz and Kayak have just showed the worst communication experience in my 55 years of renting cars I needed to change the day by one due to illness in family and tried for 2 hours on the telephone Finally getting a outsourced Hertz employee that just didn’t care in the Philippines . I was told I gave to cancel my kayak rental myself. I tried for hours and was told finally that hertz can cancel it however it will be a different rate of almost $78 more Anyway. Not going to waist my time with this experience review because it will be going no where I will certainly voice my experience with yelp etc etc. Buckle in hertz Kayak for your ride of negative Review. Goodbye Hertz HELLO SITX they treated me like a king with my new reservationReviewed 9 June 2024

It’s worth paying a little extra money when in Palm Beach to deal with Hertz. They make the whole experience much quicker, easier and more pleasant.Reviewed 13 May 2024
