Was charged €200+ at collection, man on desk very rude

Cons: Huge extra hidden charges despite buying my own cover for EXCESS Guy on the desk very rude and dismissive, just kept saying I shouldn't hire through 3rd party

Very long wait to collect the car

Pros: Car was as described, drop off was very easy and well sign posted, you can collect the car with a full tank of fuel. Competitive price.

Cons: There is an extra fuel charge, even if you bring back the car full. Two and a half hour wait at the airport in a very big queue to collect the car. Staff did not explain that the car was parked in the Europecar area which meant it took us a long time to find. Car smelt a bit strange but other than that was clean.

Fuel admin fee????

Cons: I cannot believe I was charged €30 for a "fuel admin fee" despite returning the car full of petrol! Awful.

Cons: Listed price was just a few pounds. It was not made clear that there was a 30 euro "service charge" for filling the car with petrol - payable even if you returned car full. Total rip off by your site and the company
