Very good
Anonymous, Jan 2023 - Ibis Bangkok Sukhumvit 24
This is a great location with a high end shopping center and food court across the street. Perfect hotel if traveling with a small pet like me. I don't like that they turned the open garden area to a beer garden as I used to use that area for my dog. 7-Eleven is conveniently co-located.

Pros (+) the garden on the riverside, the vieuw, super!! the mosquitos less !! the breakfast was well organized. the luggage room is o.k. as well. a shuttleservice to the skytrain. very good sat tv. with all the int.channels. super!!!!
Cons (-) contact by email for airporttransport in advance, you only have a phonenr. so it is not possible to make a reservation for services by booking.there is an office in the lounche who charge 1000 baht for airporttransport, but outside the hotel is a taxi for 500 Baht and very good !!

Pros (+) Hotel location is very good for shopping and bts station.
Cons (-) It could be a very nice hotel if the rooms were sound proof. When someone walks around corridor, it is very annoying and it woke me up at the night.

Gretchen, July 2018 - Ibis Bangkok Riverside
Pros (+) Very friendly staff. Dog friendly, waterfront hotel. Great, walkable location. There is a park unde the bridge that you can walk through, and front there, head up a set of stairs up and over the bridge. This was my third time staying here with my dog. It’s our staycation spot.
Cons (-) The breakfast buffet was underwhelming and bland.

Gretchen, May 2018 - Ibis Bangkok Riverside
Pros (+) Very comfortable hotel in a great location. Friendly housekeeping. Pet friendly hotel. Wonderful sitting and enjoying a smoothie or beer and looking at the river.
Cons (-) The food lacked flavor. The “angus” burger was a pale pink, flavorless patty. I tried it twice to discover that the first time I had it, it was as horrible as I had thought. The fries were good, though. The daily breakfast buffet was strange, although it did have good fruit and bread options.
