Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests highlight the hotel's superb central location, making it easy to access major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Many reviewers also appreciate the friendly and accommodating staff, with several positive mentions of helpfulness at reception and during check-in or luggage handling. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback: while some guests found rooms and bathrooms very clean, others noted issues with hygiene and cleaning routines. Room size is occasionally praised, especially for spaciousness in some accommodations. However, there are concerns about security, occasional noise, and mismatches between booked and provided rooms.
